Research On Household Demand Factors Of Long Rent Apartment Based On SEM

In recent year,the long rent apartment has been loved by urban white-collar workers and recent graduates.The growth of the long rent apartment is explosive,accompanied by many problems.This paper attempts to explore the relevant needs of long rent apartments from the perspective of the needs of long rent apartments,enrich the theoretical research of long rent apartments,and fill in the gaps in this field.Therefore,this study can provide relevant suggestions for the development,construction and operation of long-term apartments,so as to provide scientific decision-making and rational judgment for the development of long rent apartments in China.Based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad of long rent apartment and household demand and the theory of structural equation model,this study analyzes the factors influencing the household demand of long rent apartment,and then selects personal factors,residential characteristics,supporting facilities,environmental factors,service factors,actual perception and household demand as the influencing factors,analyzes and explains each factor in detail,and constructs long remt apartment Apartment demand model,the model simply illustrates the logical relationship between variables,and makes a preliminary assumption of the model.Four long rent apartment projects in Shenyang are selected as the case of this paper,and a questionnaire survey is conducted to introduce the current market development environment and situation of long rent apartment in Shenyang.Spss23.0 software is used for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability,validity and factor analysis of the collected data.Amos24.0 software is used for path analysis of the influencing factor model of long rent apartment user demand.The obtained path analysis results and goodness of fit are modified.The modified model is estimated again and the final path analysis chart is obtained.So,the influence degree of each factor on the demand of long rent apartment residents is obtained,which is the residential characteristics,personal factors,supporting facilities,actual perception,service factors and environmental factors.Calculate the final demand for long rent apartments,indicating that the demand for long rent rental apartments of Shenyang mayor is relatively large,so as to verify the previous assumptions.Finally,this paper confirms from four aspects what practical measures should be taken to content the long rent apartments.
