With the development of technology,substation construction in China has stepped into the period of intelligent construction.The construction of intelligent unattended substations has become a power grid model suitable for China's current and future development.The smart grid is one of the cores of achieving a strong grid.Its development and construction play an important role in the high-quality operation of the grid and has risen to the level of national strategy.The Yakeshi 500 k V substation built by State Grid Corporation is an ultra-high-voltage unattended intelligent substation which is built during the critical period of the development of intelligent power stations.The electrical secondary system is the electrical system that monitors,controls,regulates,protects in electric power generation,transmission transformation and other links.The electrical secondary system is used to ensure the reliable operation of the electrical primary equipment and also serves as a bridge for the interaction between the equipment and people.This design relies on the Yakeshi 500 k V substation construction project,applying advanced digital 3D design technology in the power grid industry combined with mature 2D design methods to carry out design work for the electrical Secondary System Design.The electrical secondary design content of substation protection,automation system and power system.The protection scheme design realizes comprehensive protection of electrical primary equipment.This system designs a set of perfect protection schemes for power equipment to ensure that fault points can be accurately located and quickly removed to reduce power outage area,and also can reduce economic losses and ensure the safe operation of personnel and equipment in the process of power supply and distribution.The design of the automation system plan realizes the overall monitoring and control of the electrical primary equipment.It ensures the reliable and stable operation of the automation monitoring system through the "three layers and two networks" structure and the partition planning of horizontal isolation and vertical certification.It is the first time to propose the scheme of indoor installation of process layer equipment.On the premise of using the same land use index as other similar projects in China,the problem that intelligent components cannot run at low temperature is solved.Additionally,while saving land resources,it also provides a pleasant working environment for winter maintenance.The power supply scheme is the foundation for ensuring the regular operation of electrical secondary equipment.According to the long-term planning of the secondary equipment of the whole station,Application of reasonable power supply mode,the relevant power parameter configuration is determined to ensure 2-hour equipment power supply needs in case of accidents.It can earn enough time for maintenance personnel to go to the substation site for troubleshooting from the accident and is also a necessary condition for substations to achieve "unmanned duty".The above design schemes are interrelated and constitute the main design of this project's electrical secondary system.They have formed a complete 500 k V substation intelligent secondary system design plan.
