In recent years,with the development of China's automobile market,the competition of the automobile industry is getting tougher and tougher,except a few field and enterprise can still have high profit based on the technology monopoly,most of the enterprise in automobile industry will have low profit rate just like household electrical appliances industry.The enterprise must have leaner and higher efficiency on their operation and management in the more and more severe market.Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management.The performance management is one important method of human resource management to rise employee's creativity and energy,rise the enterprise's vigour.Finally to achieve enterprise's operation goal with higher profit.Based on the theoretical basis of performance management,according to the actual situation of company D,through the analysis of the performance management system,a series of problems existing in the current performance management of company D are sorted out: employees do not understand performance management and loyalty is low,assessment indicators are not clear,performance plan is not standardized,performance management objectives are not clear,performance management flow is not clear,lack of effective communication,ineffective use of evaluation results and so on.At the same time,on the basis of summarizing the problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems in the process of performance management,including industry factor,ideological factors,personnel factors,etc.secondly,according to the problems and reasons,the paper designs the improvement scheme for the current performance management state for company D,including clarifying the responsibilities of each department,re-analyzing the work responsibility,determining the basic idea of performance management,determining the ultimate goal of optimization and basic principles of optimization.According to the above content,optimize the company's performance plan,determine the company level,department level BSC evaluation indicators and positon level KPI indicators,optimize the process of performance management.Finally,it determines the safeguard measures for optimization of performance management scheme.The research result of this paper can be applied to practice immediately,which can promote the optimization of performance management of company D and promote the sustainable development of company D.
