Field experiments were carried out to research canopy physiological indices,mineral element and hyperspectral reflectance characteristics under different organic fertilizer level in Huili County of Sichuan province in 2014.Flue-cured tobacco physiological indices and mineral element were analyzed with the crown layer of the corresponding spectral parameters,using stepwise regression method to estimate model is established for a variety of physiological indices and mineral element,and Samples were randomly selected in order to evaluate the predict value and the test value.Research the difference of sensory quality and style characteristic in different treatments.The results were as follows:1.The canopy reflectance of tobacco leaf in the visible and near-infrared light conforms to the characteristic of vegetation canopy reflectance characteristics.Reflectivity in the scope of visible light of organic fertilizer processing was less than the control.Reflectivity in the near infrared spectral reflectance was showed that 0% organic fertilizer > 60%organic fertilizer >40% organic fertilizer > 20% organic fertilizer.With the development of growth period,the reflectivity of visible light increased,reflectivity of near infrared reflectance was decreased obviously.The decreasing percentage of high proportion of organic processing in near infrared spectral reflectance is less than the control and low proportion of organic fertilizer processing.The first-order differential of "green peak" improved and the first-order differential of "red side" decreased with the growth period developed from vigorous growing period to mature period.Along with the growth period of red edge position back has a tendency to "blue shift".The "blue shift" phenomenon of 20%organic fertilizer processing was the most obvious.In the late stages of mature,red edge position has a tendency to "red shift" with the increase of organic fertilizer proportion.2.Through the observation of the canopy reflectance during the tobacco grown in open field observation,it was found that the most relevant characteristic variables of the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total carotenoid content,leaf water content,plant water content and LAI were Dr,?g,SDr,SDr/SDb and(SDr-SDb)/(SDr+SDb).The most relevant characteristic variables of root top ratio were ?r,SDr,and(SDr-SDy)/(SDr+SDy).The most relevant characteristic variable of N,P and K were ?g and SDr/SDb.The most relevant characteristic variable of Mg and Mn were Rg and SDr/SDy.The most relevant characteristic variable of Ca was SDr/SDb.The most relevant characteristic variable of Cu was Db.The most relevant characteristic variable of Fe was ?v and(SDr-SDb)/(SDr+SDb).The most relevant characteristic vegetation index of physiological index was PVI,DVI,RDVI,GNDVI and MSAVI2.The most relevant characteristic vegetation index of mineral element was GNDVI.Selected 20 canopy hyper-spectral variables and 10 canopy hyper-spectral vegetation index as independent variable and tobacco physiological index and mineral element as dependent variable to establish stepwise regression equations.The significance test results of the model's complex determination coefficient and independent variable regression coefficient via the random samples showed that the data reached significant.The results further proved that spectral parameters can be used to estimate the physiological index and mineral element of tobacco.5.The favor type of different treatments tobacco leaves was fresh-sweetness type.The main favor note was fresh-sweetness aroma and hay incense.The other favor note was pure-sweetness aroma,green,woody aroma,burnt aroma and spice.The favor type of applying 20% organic manure and 40% organic manure of upper leaves were more significant than other treatments.The main and other favor note of applying 20% organic manure and 40% organic manure of upper leaves were more marked than other treatments.The favor type of applying 60% organic manure of middle leaves was more significant than other treatments.The main and other favor note of applying 60% organic manure of middle leaves were more marked than other treatments.The motion state of aroma was relatively over flow with lightness.The density of smoke and impact was medium and slightly large.The motion state of aroma of applying 40% organic manure had higher scale value.The density of smoke and impact of applying 60% organic manure had higher scale value.6.The quality of aroma of applying 40% organic manure was better than other treatments of upper leaves.The quantity of aroma and diffusiveness of applying 60% organic manure was better of upper leaves.Offensive gas was lightly of upper leaves.The quantity of aroma and diffusiveness of applying 60% organic manure was better.Offensive gas of applying40% organic manure was more lightly than other treatments.Softness,roundness and aftertaste of applying 60% organic manure was better of upper leaves.Irritation and dryness sensation of CK was stronger than other treatments of upper leaves.Softness and dryness sensation scale-value of CK was higher than other treatments of middle leaves.Roundness of applying 20% organic manure and applying 60% organic manure was better than other treatments of middle leaves.Irritation and aftertaste scale-value of applying 60% organic manure was higher than other treatments of upper leaves.
