In this paper the recent straw burning repeated,air pollution caused by the phenomenon of the analysis,the main reason is that the lack of an efficient straw collection-loading machine mower,unable to make straw comprehensive utilization.In order to reduce air pollutants and improve energy utilization efficiency,the intelligent development of grass grab is promoted.The fatigue intensity of driving and the comfort of driving are reduced.Through field investigation and data retrieval,the present situation of grass grab and the requirements of related intelligent control technology are studied.On the basis of this,an intelligent control system for the working device of grass grabbing machine based on CAN bus is proposed.The hardware module,software structure and the source program are designed.The intelligent control system of working device includes two subsystems: height display system grasp quality record system and snatch.Research through on-the-spot investigation and access to information,analysis of the status of the catch grass machine needs and related intelligent control technology,introduces the structure and working process of the device,and the device was mechanical analysis,the movable arm part is analyzed by finite element analysis,simulation analysis of the lifting cylinder.Therefore,a scheme of intelligent control system for the working device of grass grabbing machine based on CAN bus is proposed.The hardware module and software structure are designed,and the source program is compiled.The intelligent control system of working device consists of two subsystems: height display system grasp quality record system and snatch.Grasp quality record system of snatch goods weighing and overload warning function;snatch height display system using principle of air pressure decreases with the increasing of the height of the specific height position of goods snatch.Finally,the development trend of grass grab machine is discussed.It is pointed out that there are five big development directions for grass grab machine on the basis of intelligent control: bus,polarization,serialization,network and green.
