The meat performance and fat traits of local duck species are influenced by the feeding mode,feed level,sex and the day of the day of the market.The content of Intramuscular Fat(IMF)is one of the important indexes affecting the meat quality,and is regulated by multiple genes.In order to find out the law of fat deposition and the influence on meat quality and the expression of candidate genes related to fat deposition,160 plumes of Chaohu ducks were selected from the same batch of young healthy ducks,and the male mothers were divided at 21,42,63 and 84 days respectively.Each day was randomly selected and 20 feathers of the same body weight of Chaohu duck were randomly selected for meat duck blood lipid.Index detection and slaughter performance measurement,IMF content of the same site chest muscle samples were taken,the expression of PPAR-gamma,ATGL,LPL,FAS in the liver and chest muscles were analyzed,and the correlation between the expression of IMF and the expression of candidate genes and serum indexes was analyzed.The 84 days of age of ducks were significantly higher than that of 63 days of age(p<0.05).There was no significant difference(p=0.117)in the percentage of slaughterhouses,and the rate of slaughter between 63 and 84 days old ducks,There was no significant difference in the total bore rate.The living weight and the breast muscle rate between 84 days of age were significantly higher than that of 63 days(p<0.001),the average abdominal fat rate of 63 day old ducks was 0.97%,and the 84 day age was 0.71%.The average abdominal fat rate of 63 day old female ducks was0.77% and the 84 day age was 1.03%,and the difference was no difference.Significant(p>0.05).The IMF content in the chest muscle of male ducks increased significantly with age(p<0.001).There was no significant difference between 42 and 63 day age,and 84 days old IMF was significantly higher than that of 42 and 63 days old(p<0.05).The IMF of the breast muscle of the 42 day old female ducks was significantly lower than that of the 21 day old,while that of the 63 and 84 day old IMF was significantly higher than that of the 42 day old(p<0.05).The changes of blood lipids in GLU,TC and LDL of male ducks and female ducks were consistent.After 42 days of age,HDL and VLDL were in accordance with the changing rule of day age,but the level of TG was different between the male and female.The 42 day old age of the female ducks was significantly higher than that ofthe other days(pp<0.05),but the 21 day age of the ducks was higher than that of the other days(p<0.05).The increase of serum VLDL in male ducks was accompanied by an increase in the IMF content of the chest muscle(p=0.05).The increase of serum HDL and VLDL in the female ducks increased with the increase of the IMF content in the pectoral muscle(p=0.0004,p<.0001).The expression of ATGL expression in the liver of the female ducks was 0.03 after42 days of age and 0.28 from day to age to 84 days,and the ducks decreased with the age of 42 days of age,and the difference was significant(p<0.05).The FAS of ducks increased with the increase of age.The female ducks first decreased and then increased with age,reaching the maximum at 84 days of age.The LPL ducks decreased with the age of day,and 63 reached their peak value.The female ducks increased with the age of day.There was no significant difference between 21 days and 42 days of age.There was a significant difference(p<0.05)at the age of 63 and84 days.PPAR-gamma decreased with the age of day,the peak of the ducks was 63 days,the female ducks were 42 days old,and there were significant differences between the 21 and 42 days of age(p<0.05).The gene ATGL expression of male and female duck breast muscle was the same,and then decreased with the increase of day age,and then increased at 84 days(p<0.05).FAS ducks first decreased and then rose,the male was increased with the increase of age,42 and 63 days of age were more stable,84 days of age were significantly different(p<0.05);LPL ducks and female ducks increased with the age of day,63 There was a significant difference between the84 days of age(p<0.05).PPAR-gamma decreased at first and then increased with age increasing,and there was a significant difference between day age(p<0.05).The up regulation of FAS,ATGL and LPL gene expression in the liver of female ducks can promote the deposition of IMF in Chaohu duck.The study showed that the deposition of fat increased with the increase of age of feeding,the IMF content of ducks was higher than that of the female duck;the fat metabolism of Chaohu ducks could be selected by the level of serum index HDL and VLDL.The expression of FAS in the liver was higher than that of LPL,ATGL and PPAR-gamma in the fat deposition,and FAS,ATGL and LPL in the chest muscles were used as the main factors.Important genes regulating the metabolism of IMF in Chaohu duck.
