Study On The Effective Utilization Of Idle Farmland In Rural Areas

Since the introduction of the strategy for the promotion of rural villages,all walks of life have paid more attention to the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and realizing the modernization of agriculture have become imminent.However,the problem of idle land is actually present in some rural areas in China,and the problem of idle land has always been a major obstacle to agricultural development.Since ancient times,cultivated land resources have played an irreplaceable productive role in human survival and social progress.Cultivated land resources have a very important role in the development of agriculture,industrial manufacturing,and the development of the service industry.In recent years,with the economic development and social changes,a large amount of cultivated land has been idled.The vacant land has become an objective and realistic problem.However,due to different facts,the causes of idle land in various regions are also different.This paper takes B city of Hebei province as an example to carry out the research on the problem of idle land.The city of B has developed rapidly in recent years.Affected by many factors,the problem of idle land is more common in towns and towns of B cities.Therefore,it is more representative to study the vacant farmland issue B.To carry out analysis and research on the problem of the idleness of cultivated land,firstly combines the background of the current era and emphasizes the theoretical and practical significance of the idleness of cultivated land.After summing up the existing research results at home and abroad,the concept of idle land is defined and illustrated.The idle farmland studied here refers to cultivated land such as farmer’s reclamation,seasonal idleness,and enclosure.The existence of these types of arable land has adversely affected the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the maintenance of rural social stability and the promotion of agricultural development,and will also greatly hinder economic development,lead to the waste of resources,and endanger national food security.Finally,in order to solve the problem of idle land,the rational use of idle farmland is achieved.Through the study of B city in Hebei Province,using management-related theories and agricultural knowledge,starting from the actual conditions of each town in B city,the current status,harm,causes,and characteristics of idle land problems are analyzed and elaborated.Through questionnaires and field surveys,according to the existing data and specific conditions,the reasons for the idleness of cultivated land are attributed to the need to improve the government’s work,agricultural production is facing difficulties,and farmers have three major limitations.And for the problems that caused the idleness of cultivated land in combination with the townships and towns in the city of B in the analysis.Finally,according to the investigation and study,we combine the universality and particularity of the current idle land problem.From the perspective of the government,social organizations,and individual farmers,they proposed solutions to the problem of idle land.The government should improve policies and regulations,increase support for agriculture,increase emphasis,strengthen agricultural guidance,and improve agricultural production conditions;social organizations should increase publicity,provide social services,promote new industries,and cultivate new varieties;individual farmers They should correct their attitudes,promote idle circulation,govern cultivated land,overcome environmental restrictions,and develop greenhouses.
