Through comparative analysis of the evaluation of cultivated land fertility and agricultural land classification,it can provide a reference for the agricultural production department and the land management department to further explore a more scientific and reasonable land quality evaluation system.Other agricultural producers can use appropriate production management techniques.More targeted production management and technology promotion,so as to achieve the purpose of accurately increasing the productivity of cultivated land.Cultivated land productivity accounting methods and the results of using cultivated land productivity accounting can quantify the target of the amount of cultivated land in the administrative area, ensuring the coordination between the main goal of protecting the quantity of cultivated land and the ultimate goal of quality protection.Further analysis of the evaluation factors can provide reference suggestions for the overall development between the two departments.Based on the agricultural soil survey data of guangnan county and the data of the second national soil census, this paper adopts two different evaluation systems, namely the evaluation of cultivated land productivity and the classification of agricultural land.Organize, edit and store different soil basic data, perform spatial analysis and geological statistical analysis on relevant attribute values, and finally visualize the spatial distribution of land quality.First,in strict accordance with the department of agriculture and the ministry of relevant disciplines, evaluation index, the index weights, the basic parameters and coefficients and other standard farmland productivity evaluation and farmland classification, and the classification of the department at the county level according to the index and standard grain yield equilibrium conversion, the regression equation of state and other index to the evaluation results under two kinds of evaluation system of comparative analysis. Then,on the basis of the results of farmland capacity grade of agricultural sector and agricultural land grade of land sector, the production capacity was calculated by using the internationally used Miami model and the standard linear fitting kriging interpolation estimation, and the results were compared and analyzed. Finally,in the previous two groups based on the results of the experiment, using the method of system clustering unified cluster, respectively,to the agricultural sector of the cultivated land and the departments of land unification is divided into five types, and then using the factor analysis method analysis of the two systems under each kind of result evaluation factor contribution rate, compared to the same level o f the same part and different part of main factor analysis results. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)For the evaluation of cultivated land fertility and agricultural grading in Guangnan County, although the two departments have two different evaluation systems, because the conditions of the land itself are unchanged, the evaluation results obtained are also very similar in general trend. Both of them show that the proportion of land area with better or worse land quality is less. From the general distribution point of view, the upper-middle class land occupies a large area, accounting for nearly 50% of the total land area. This shows that most of the land can be managed through certain measures, such as: improving irrigation and drainage conditions, improving agricultural land transportation convenience Increase the investment in agricultural production and other methods to improve land quality.(2)According to the analysis and research on the production capacity accounting of land in guangnan county based on the cultivated land capacity evaluation and agricultural grading, due to the differences in the evaluation results and production capacity accounting methods of two departments and two systems,it is impossible to carry out a coordinated and unified comparative analysis. On the whole, the total grain yield of agricultural sector shows the form of higher quality and less lowland grain yield, and more standard grain yield of middle and high grade cultivated land. The spatial distribution characteristics of cultivated land production capacity are similar to the climatic production potential. The region with high cultivated land production capacity is concentrated in the central region.Due to the good conditions of hydrothermal soil and mostly flat paddy fields, the total output of standard grain is relatively high. From the perspective of spatial distribution form, the total grain output obtained from the grading of agricultural land in the land department is similar to the evaluation result of cultivated land productivity on the whole, presenting the form of higher yield of middle and upper grade land, lower yield of lower grade land, and lower yield of corresponding lower yield of lower grade land.(3)The two were systematically clustered and divided into five grades, and then factor analysis was conducted after the superposition of each grade.According to the overall spatial distribution of the two grades,it is necessary to pay attention to whether the rotation system is reasonable for the areas with relatively flat terrain and good drainage and irrigation conditions. However, the influence of soil erosion on soil natural conditions should be considered in areas with a large slope.Section configuration, organic matter and irrigation guarantee rate are the common main factors affecting the two systems, among which section configuration is the main factor, indicating that the two evaluation systems have relatively high factor weight on soil conditions, and also pay attention to the content of organic matter and the measured value of drainage and irrigation conditions on land quality. In addition, the analysis results of the differences between the two parts show that the main evaluation factors of the agricultural sector include elevation, annual rainfall, annual average temperature, etc.,indicating that the evaluation system of the agricultural sector takes more account of the impact of climatic conditions on land quality. However, there are many main factors in the evaluation of land department, such as the depth between the barrier layer and the surface, the effective soil layer thickness, slope, and the outcrop degree of surface rocks, etc.,which indicate that land department considers soil conditions more in the evaluation of agricultural land grade. For the future land quality evaluation comprehensive consideration of the evaluation factors to provide a comprehensive and scientific guidance.
