Research On The Establishment Of Permanent Basic Farmland Based On Sky Technology

If the land is the survival prerequisite of mankind,cultivated land will be the unremitting power of human social development,which continuously provides raw materials for human life and production.The number of arable land and the quality often affect economic and social development and even international status in a country.The special condition of our country with the largest population in the world determines the less per capita arable land.In recent years,the sharp increase in urban and the deteriorating ecological environment have caused a large amount of arable land to be occupied or abandonment.At present,the protection of cultivated land and the security of food are the two most contradictory and urgentest problems in our country,which poses a great threat to the development of agriculture and people's life.Therefore,we must pay special attention to the protection of arable land.In 2014,the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Agriculture jointly issued a document that in accordance with the principle of equal quality and quantity of cultivated land,required all localities to strictly implement the work of demarcating permanent basic farmland on the basis of the total basic farmland number,focusing on the choice of roads and railways,urban areas near the quality of arable land,put them priority into the scope of the implementation of permanent basic farmland protection.In addition,it is necessary to further strictly define the implementation of permanent basic farmland protection red line.In this study,we use Atushi City in Xinjiang as an example,take intensive conservation,high quality,high yield and green ecology as the principle,mainly according to the results of the latest land using overall plan and the basic data of the agricultural land grading,make a detailed investigation and comprehensive evaluation about the existing cultivated land in the Atushi City area.Remove the plots with a series of non-compliance requirements such as low quality,poor farming conditions and the misplaced last round.Put cultivated land plots of high quality,excellent layout and contiguous into the scope of permanent basic farmland,and then form a green ecological barrier around the city in order to hinder the city unreasonable spread and expansion.At the same time,through the sky software as a platform to analyze the relevant data and establish the permanent basic farmland corpus.Then put forward the scientific and reasonable research program conforming to the actual reality of the permanent basic farmland designation,and ultimately achieve the purposes,which are the assurance of quantity and quality,the controllable boundary of urban development and sustainable ecosystem.
