Vegetable seeding is a key link in vegetable production and it is vital to cultivate high quality vegetable seeding,especially in fruit and vegetable winter production of Heilongjiang province.There exists a series of problems including low temperature,weak light and lacking of nutrients causing the fall of seeding qualities,vegetable productions and quality.In this study,as cucumber and tomato experimental materials,studying effects of substrate water content,fertilization level,light supplementation and plant growth retarders on the growth of cucumber and tomato in order to provide technological and theoretical guidance.The results of this study are as follows:1.The treatment of W 2 with 6580 % substrate water content was beneficial to the growth of the seeding of cucumber and tomato.In seeding stage,comparing with the treatment of W 1and W 3,plant height,width,leaf areas,dry and fresh weight,strong seeding index and photosynthetic parameters were obviously higher,and the content of the soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde were obviously lower accompanying with anti-enzyme activity decreasing.2.Under the treatment of high level nitrogen fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer including N2P3K2?N3P2K2 ? N2P2K3,plant height,width,leaf areas,dry and fresh weight and strong seeding index were all higher comparing with other treatment.With the treatment of high level phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer and suitable nitrogen fertilizer,the root activity and chlorophyll content of the seeding were improved,and in addition,the treatment of suitable nitrogen fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer can improve fertilizer use efficiency of cucumber and tomato seedlings.3.The mixed light quality of red and blue?9 R/1 B?7 R/3 B and 5 R/5 B?was beneficial to the growth of the seeding of cucumber and tomato.In seeding stage,comparing with the treatment of R and B,plant height,width,leaf areas,dry and fresh weight,strong seeding index,photosynthetic parameters,root activities and the chlorophyll content were obviously higher,and the content of the soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde were obviously lower accompanying with anti-enzyme activity decreasing.4.Under the treatment of suitable concentration PP333 and Pro-Ca,?cucumber : T 2?10mg/L??D 2?150 mg/L?;tomato:T 2?200 mg/L??D 2?300 mg/L??growth quality of the seeding,the photosynthetic parameters,the root activity and the chlorophyll content were higher comparing with other treatment,in addition,single plant yield were highest under this treatment.
