Study On The Cultivation Technology Of Lentinus Edodes With Carya Cathayensis Hull And Shell

Carya cathayensis has high nutritional and medicinal value,which is very beneficial to the human body.However,after the harvest and processing of Carya cathayensis,a large number of Carya cathayensis shells have been abandoned and can not be properly treated.In this study,hiCKory shell and cattail shell were used as the base of mushroom bags cultivation,and the suitable percentage of hickory shell and cattail shell in bags cultivation was studied.Effective utilization of Carya cathayensis Hull and Shell would greatly alleviate the environmental problems of hickory plantation and solve the problem that farmers and processing plants could not properly handle the Carya cathayensis Hull and Shell.It has certain economic benefits and guiding significance for the industrial development of pecan and Lentinus edodes.Based on the study of other related literatures,this paper studied the flat plate culture,liquid culture and bagging culture by changing the proportion of extract and pecan shell to cattail shell.The completed work and achievements are summarized as follows:1)Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data,it was concluded that the extract did not inhibit the normal growth of mycelia in plate culture at 20%,30%and 40%.In liquid culture,the mycelial biomass could not be reduced when the extract was 20%or 30%.2)In bagged cultivation,pecan shell is between 34-45%and pecan cattail shell is between 25-30%,which can be used for mushroom cultivation,and the yield is not affected.
