In order to improve the utilization of micro-fertilizer and improve the quality of tobacco leaves,Yunyan 87 was used as the material to pass the field spray test(CK:spraying water;T1:spraying micro-fertilizer;T2:spraying micro-fertilizer+sorbitol;T3):Spraying micro-fertilizer+sodium gluconate;T4:spraying micro-fertilizer+glycine).The effects of different micro-organic compounds on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied by different treatments.The research results are as follows1.Compared with the control and spraying micro-fertilizer alone,the plant height,stem circumference,maximum leaf area and dry matter accumulation of tobacco plants under different growth stages were increased in different degrees.The agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco showed a pattern of glycine treatment>sodium gluconate treatment>sorbitol treatment>micronutrient treatment>control,and the trend was prolonged with the growth period.More and more obvious.Between the treatment of different small molecule organic matter,the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco were increased by glycine treatment,but only in the plant height and stem circumference index of flue-cured tobacco.On the whole,the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco were slightly better than sorbitol and sodium gluconate.Spraying micro-fertilizer and applying different small-molecule organic matter can increase the dry matter mass accumulation of tobacco plants in different degrees.In the middle and late growth stages of flue-cured tobacco,the application of micro-fertilizer combined with small-molecular organic matter can promote the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco,and the glycine is compounded.The treatment is best.2.Micro-fertilizer combined with small molecular organic matter can effectively increase the chlorophyll content of tobacco leaves,and the photosynthesis index net photosynthetic rate Pn,stomatal conductance Gs,and transpiration rate Tr of leaves were significantly higher than that of the control treatment,while the intercellular CO2 concentration Ci was significantly higher.Low(P<0.05).Compared with the control treatment,spraying micro-fertilizer and applying different small-molecule organic matter can effectively improve the chlorophyll content in the early stage of flue-cured tobacco,which is beneficial to photosynthesis,and the application of small-molecule organic matter is better than spraying micro-fertilizer alone.In the late growth stage of flue-cured tobacco,the content of chlorophyll was lower under the treatment of sodium gluconate and glycine,which laid the foundation for the mature yellowing of tobacco leaves.Spraying micro-fertilizer and applying different small-molecule organic matter can increase the net photosynthetic rate Pn,stomatal conductance Gs and transpiration rate Tr parameters of flue-cured tobacco leaves,and decrease the intercellular CO2 concentration Ci.Compared with spraying micro-fertilizer alone,the effect of different small organic substances on the photosynthetic performance of flue-cured tobacco leaves was best combined with glycine,which was characterized by glycine>sodium gluconate>sorbitol.3.The application of micro-fertilizer combined with small molecular organic matter effectively improved the physical characteristics of leaf length,leaf width,single leaf weight,tensile force and filling value of roasted tobacco leaves,and the stalk rate of tobacco leaves decreased.Under the treatment of different small molecular organic substances,the treatment of sorbitol,sodium gluconate and glycine was significantly increased by 5.85%,7.87%and 10.61%,respectively,and the stalk rate was significantly decreased by 6.91%,5.21%and 7.10,respectively.%and tensile strength were significantly increased by 18.60%,16.63%and 20.57%,respectively.The glycine treatment significantly increased the leaf width and single leaf weight by 9.60%and 13.47%,respectively.The sodium gluconate and glycine treatment filling values were signifieantly higher than the control treatment.Inereased by 11.20%and 13.69%.Spraying micro-fertilizer and applying different small-molecule organic matter can improve the physical properties of roasted tobacco leaves to different degrees.However,compared with the treatment of micro-fertilizer alone,the application of small-molecule organic matter,especially glycine treatment,is the best.4.The application of micro-fertilizer combined with small molecular organic matter increased the conventional chemical constituents such as reducing sugar,total sugar,potassium,sugar-to-alkah ratio and potassium-to-chiorine ratio of tobacco leaves,while nicotine,total nitrogen and chlorine content were reduced to varying degrees,and Ca and Mg were simultaneously reduced.The contents of B,Mo,Fe,Mn and Zn are increased to different extents.Compared with the control treatment,the sorbitol,sodium gluconate and glycine treatments significantly increased the reducing sugar content of the tobacco leaves by 10.01%,12.46%and 14.24%,respectively,and the total sugar content increased significantly by 17.89%,8.32%and 8.69%,respectively.The potassium content increased significantly by 7.65%,11.18%,and 15.29%,respectively,and the total nitrogen content decreased significantly by 3.25%,6.49%,and 7.14%,respectively.The nicotine content of sodium gluconate and glycine treatment decreased significantly by 7.69%compared with the control treatment.And 11/76%,the potassium content of tobacco leaves treated with glycine was significantly lower than that of the control treatment by 9.38%.The ratio of sugar to alkali and potassium to chlorine in tobacco leaves were significantly increased under the treatment of micro-fertilizer and glycine.The ratio of sugar to alkali increased by 22.97%and 14.68%,respectively.The ratio of potassium to chlorine increased by 28.52%and 18.31%,respectively.Although the ratio is increased to varying degrees,the difference is not significant.5.The contents of neutral aroma components such as Maillard reaction products,carotenoid degradation products,solanone and neophytadiene in roasted tobacco were significantly higher after treatment with micro-fertilizer and small molecular organic matter.The content of Maillard reaction products was the highest with sorbitol,and 23.21%and 21.47%,respectively,compared with CK and T1 treatment.The content of carotenoid degradation products,solanone and neophytadiene were all treated with micro-fertilizer.The treatment was the highest,which was 18.51%,39.73%and 7.74%higher than that of CK,respectively,which was 9.87%,26.68%and 5.91%higher than that of T1 treatment.The content of phenylalanine degradation products was compounded with micro-fertilizer.The sodium treatment was the highest,which was 97.54%and 46.49%higher than that of CK and T1 treatments respectively.In the total amount of neutral aroma substances,the treatment showed T4>T3>T2>T1>CK,and the micro-fertilizer was treated with glycine.The total aroma was increased by 10.37%and 7.40%,respectively,compared with CK and T1 treatments.The combination of micro-fertilizer and different small-molecule organic matter can promote the accumulation of neutral aroma components in roasted tobacco leaves,but different small-molecule organic substances can not improve the different kinds of aroma substances.In general,treatment with glycine The best results.6.Compared with the control,in addition to the irritant,the application of micro-fertilizer and the application of diflferent small-molecule organic matter have different degrees of sensory evaluation of the tobacco leaves after roasting,with an increase of 0.5-1.0 points.Compared with the separate application of micro-fertilizer treatment,the application of sodium gluconate and glycine treatment increased the sensory quality of tobacco leaves,and the aroma,concentration,miscellaneous gas,flammability and ash increased by 0.5 points,and the strength increased by 0.5.Points and 1.0 points.On the whole,the application of micro-fertilizer and the application of different small molecular organic substances have a certain improvement on the sensory evaluation quality of flue-cured tobacco,and the treatment with sodium gluconate and glycine is better.In summary,the combination of micro-fertilizer and small-molecule organic matter on the basis of conventional fertilization can effectively increase the chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco leaves,enhance photosynthesis,and promote the absorption and utilization of trace elements by tobacco plants to improve the agronomic traits of tobacco plants.The dry matter quality of the plant lays the foundation;in the quality of tobacco after baking,the composite spraying of micro-fertilizer and small molecular organic matter can effectively.improve the physical properties of tobacco leaves,improve the coordination of conventional chemical components and the content of trace elements,and improve the quality of sensory evaluation.Glycine is the best in the selection of different small organic compounds.Therefore,in the production,micro-fertilizer ean be applied at the same time as glycine as a new way to improve the intrinsic quality of tobacco leaves.
