Pinellia ternate is a perennial herb of the genus Pinellia.It is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history and a wide range of uses.Under drought stress conditions,Pinellia ternata tends to have "pour seedlings" and other effects,and affects its related physiological indicators,yield and medicinal quality,and foliar application of plant growth regulators will improve the phenomenon.This experiment uses peach leaf shape Pinellia as the material and uses potted method.The leaves were sprayed with S-3307(0 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,20 mg/L)and SA(0 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,1 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L)at different concentrations under natural drought condition.The effects of Pinellia ternata on drought resistance,yield and quality formation were evaluated by measuring its morphological,physiological and yield and quality indexes.Two kinds of exogenous hormones can enhance the drought resistance of pinnii seedlings under drought stress to a certain extent,and improve the yield and quality of pinnii tubers.The specific results are as follows:1.Under natural drought stress condition,different concentration of S-3307 can partly improve the drought-resistant ability of pinellia,promote the root-shoot ratio,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,free proline content,and inhibit the increase of MDA content and POD content.To a certain extent,S-3307 ensure the production of pinellia tuber and succinic acid,guanosine and uridine and the content of adenosine.Statistical analysis showed that S-3307 at the concentration of 15mg/L had the most obvious alleviating effect on drought,and decreased the plant height,and compared with controls root-shoot ratio increased by 6.1%,a 6.8% increase in total chlorophyll,soluble sugar increased by 6.5%,a 25.0% drop in MDA,proline increased by 18.4%,POD activity decreased by 4.3%,rose 8.1% in fresh weight.The effect of quality was less,especially the increase of guanosine by 13.2%.2.Under natural drought stress condition,different concentration of SA can partly improve the drought-resistant ability of pinellia,promote the root-shoot ratio,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,free proline content,such as index,and inhibit the increase of MDA content.To a certain extent,SA ensure the production of pinellia tuber and succinic acid,guanosine and uridine and the content of adenosine.Statistical analysis showed that 1mg/L SA had the most obvious alleviating effect on drought,the effect on plant height was not significant,also not on leaf area.,and Compared with the control group,root to crown ratio increased by 0.7%,total chlorophyll increased by 3.3%,soluble sugar increased by 9.6%,MDA decreased by 33.4%,proline increased by 21.4%,peroxidase activity decreased by 6.1%,fresh weight increased by 10.0%.The effect of quality was less,and the increase of guanosine was 18.5%.3.Through the comparative analysis of the morphological,physiological indexes,yield and medicinal components of the pinnata ternata seedlings,we found that there were a certain difference between the treatment under 15 mg/L S-3307 and that of 1 mg/L SA,therefore,in the practical production and application,the foliar spraying with 1 mg/LSA should be a good choice to improve the resistance and at the same time to better guarantee the yield and medicinal quality of pinnata ternate.
