China is a large agricultural country with a super population.Whether it meets the needs of basic living or social production,China's demand for water resources is very large.It has exceeded the natural supply.Especially in recent years,the problem of insufficient water resources has become increasingly prominent.In May 2015,the Ministry of agriculture and the ministries and commissions of all China put forward the national sustainable agricultural development plan.Agricultural irrigation is the most important part of agricultural production,so water-saving irrigation is an inevitable requirement to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.At present,most of the agricultural production areas in our country still adopt the backward way of human work to monitor the field data.The data are lagging behind and the errors are large.Lighthouse irrigation area is one of the important irrigation areas in Liaoning Province.However,due to the limited quality of engineering design and construction in early irrigation area,the equipment in the canal system is aging in varying degrees,the utilization coefficient of the canal system is very low,and the water leakage and running are serious.In this paper,a water-saving irrigation information management system suitable for lighthouse irrigation area is developed by using the software system development program,starting with the database design and model library design.Firstly,this paper consults the professional data,clarifies the definitions and concepts of water-saving irrigation,irrigation district information management and water use decision system,fully absorbs the experience and research results of predecessors,and lays a theoretical foundation for the full text.Secondly,according to the development process of computer software system,this paper separately from The business requirement and user's angle of agricultural water-saving irrigation were analyzed,and the system structure and function were determined.In the overall design of the system,the design of the database table and the design of the water consumption decision system are mainly studied.The design of database table determines the logical way of data management and application,and it is the core of the system.Water use decision-making is the core of the whole system.The model base of water source prediction model,crop water demand model,irrigation water model and canal system water distribution model is fully based on professional knowledge,using Penman series correction formula,K value formula and other mathematical derivation formulas.The accuracy and comprehensiveness of the model base determines the operational accuracy of the decision-making system,and plays a directive role in the formulation of the irrigation scheme for the whole irrigation area.In order to verify the success of the development of the system,the test of the system is carried out according to the historical meteorological data of the lighthouse irrigation area.Dengta Irrigation District is an area with serious contradiction of water resources supply.The infrastructure of agricultural irrigation is seriously aging,and the supporting engineering design can not meet the needs of modern agricultural production.Starting from the steps of system overall design,model base research and software development,this paper preliminarily conceives and designs the agricultural water-saving irrigation information management system.Compared with the actual data of irrigation implementation,it can be seen that the designed water-saving irrigation information management system can effectively predict the incoming water of irrigation area,and can also predict the incoming water of irrigation area.Accurate collection of field data,computer calculation of crop water demand through mathematical models,and scientific formulation of irrigation plans,effectively play the role of water saving,reduce irrigation costs,for the next step to develop a more perfect and suitable lighthouse irrigation information management system for agricultural water-saving irrigation provides a theory.Basis and effective conception.
