High-quality hybrid progeny can be obtained by using the heterosis of flue-cured tobacco to improve the agronomic traits,quality traits and economic traits of tobaccos.In addition,the cytoplasmic male sterile hybrids with short breeding period cannot breed by idiogamy,which can also help solve the problem of inferior quality seeds used by farmers in tobacco cultivation.This paper based on previously selected F1 hybrids of 15 flue-cured tobaccos evaluated the trait dominances of hybridized combinations through two-year regional group experiment in the region of Huili of Liangshan,and analyzed their agronomic traits,yield and conventional chemical composition to provide data support for the cultivation of high-quality flue-cured tobacco germplasm suitable for the tobacco growing area in Liangshan through two-year regional group experiment.The main findings are as follows:1.Different hybridized combinations had different plant types.It can be found that the height of the overall topping plant in each group in this experiment was taller,the angle between stems and leaves was smaller,the pitch was larger,and the stem girth met the requirements of an ideal plant type in contrast to the ideal plant type of flue-cured tobacco after the investigation of agronomic traits.The combination of Chuanyan1 × Yunyan2,the combination of Chuanyan1 × K326 and the combination of MS Yunyan87 × K326 can be found as the superior plant types among all the hybridized combinations.2.The trait dominances of the hybridized combinations were different.In general,the yield of middle leaves of all tested hybridized combinations was higher than that of Honghua Dajinyuan,and the length and width of the middle leaves of each combination was relatively large,which met the requirements of an ideal leaf.The combination of the sterile NC102 had heavier middle leaves with larger yield,and the middle leaves of the combination of the sterile MS Yunyan 87 were relatively longer.In terms of leaf shape,the most reasonable combination of the middle leaf shape was Chuanyan1 × Jingye Huang;from the yield point of view,the combination with the biggest advantages of middle leaf yield is NC102 × Yunyan2 whose leaf width,weight and yield could be the most qualified.The combination of Chuanyan1 × Honghua Dajinyuan had the biggest yield of upper leaves who were the widest and had reasonable ratio of upper leaf length to width.3.The combination with the content of the conventional chemical composition closest to Honghua Dajinyuan was the best.The main conventional chemical compositions of all the hybridized combinations were not completely similar to Honghua Dajinyuan but the conventional chemical components of the middle and upper leaves of the hybrid combination of NC102×K326 were the closest to Honghua Dajinyuan,indicating that this hybridized combination may have similar chemical traits to Honghua Dajinyuan.4.Overall,significant differences in traits were observed between different hybridized combinations.Under the ecological conditions,the hybridized combinations of NC102 and Chuanyan1 as female parents could also be clustered together to a certain extent.The hybridized combination of NC102 was closest to Honghua Dajinyuan.In addition,the traits of the combinations of Chuanyan1 and NC102 were significantly different.It can also be found that the hybridized combination of Honghua Dajinyuan and Jingyehuang had significantly different traits from the combination of K326.
