Higher agricultural and forestry colleges shoulder the important mission of serving the country's food security,ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization.Its fundamental task is to continuously cultivate high-quality agricultural science and technology innovation talents with high-quality moral,intellectual,artistic and artistic development for economic and social development and agricultural modernization.For a long time,the quality of students in agricultural and forestry colleges is not high,the motivation of students' agriculture and forestry majors is insufficient,and the ambition of serving agriculture and forestry industry has been plagued by the improvement of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.Based on the background of the new era,how to grasp the problems existing in the professional development of agricultural students,remove the obstacles that hinder students' inspirational agriculture and forestry disciplines,encourage and cultivate students' professional interests,and let students actively serve the development of modern agriculture and rural society,and become a agriculture and forestry colleges Important issues to be solved.Based on the logic of "student input-learning process-employment export",this thesis classifies students' professional development factors into four major dimensions:professional learning motivation,professional recognition,professional academic situation and employment fit.Through field research and data collection,it analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of agricultural students,and finds that students' lack of professional motivation,low professional recognition,poor professional academic performance,and low employment fit are the majors affecting agricultural science.The main factors of students' academic development level directly restrict the quality of training of agricultural talents.To this end,the paper analyzes the causes of the professional development of agricultural students from the macro,meso and micro levels,and explores many influencing factors that affect the professional development of students,such as: the concept of social light agriculture is deeply rooted;the agricultural industry is weak.The national policy supports insufficient protection;the school's professional curriculum is not reasonable enough,the teachers' teaching investment is insufficient,and the students' professional cognitive ability is poor.In combination with the actual needs of society,schools and students,we will improve the state's support policies for agricultural majors based on the actual situation of students;establish a new teaching system for agriculturalscience based on the law of agricultural development;explore the productive education with the opportunity of industry as an opportunity The integrated collaborative education system and the joint improvement of the student professional development system propose solutions to the problem,and provide effective theoretical guidance and policy recommendations for solving the professional development of students in higher agricultural and forestry colleges.
