In the base of medicinal material of Shaanxi Tasly Plant pharmaceutical Ltd. (Shangluo Shahezi),we choose Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge as test materials;setting the control,low fertilizer level (N:80 kg/hm~2, P2O5: 80 kg/hm~2) and high fertilizer level (N:120 kg/hm~2, P2O5:120 kg/hm~2) to observe growth,yield,the content of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and the dynamic changes of environmental factors,we pass path analysis to determine key environmental factors which effect the growth,yield,the content of active ingredients;then simulate dynamic equation of growth,production andthe content of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge changes with change of key environmental factor. The purpose of this experiment is turning experiment guidance to scientific guidance and qualitative research to combine research of qualitative and quantitative,providing a scientific evidences for establishment of the GAP system,and developing growing development diagnosis and warning forecast systems of yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge for the standardized production.Under the high fertilizer level, the key environmental factors which effect growth,yield and content of active ingredients were analyzed by path analysis of∑TD,∑EAT,∑Ln,∑STn and∑SHn, results showed:∑EAT is the key environmental factor of plant height,stem diameter,total leaf number,above-ground fresh weight,above-ground dry weight and main root length;∑Ln is the key environmental factor of root dry weight and main root thick;∑EAT is the key environmental factor of yield,total tanshinone content and salvianic acid content.Under different fertilizer levels, we simulate the dynamic changes of growth, yield and effective ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge with change of key environmental factor by using different curve equations, respectively. The results is that fitting effect of Quadratic equations are best.According to dynamic equations of plant height,stem diameter,total leaf number and above-ground fresh weight,above-ground dry weight,main root length,yield,the total tanshinone content,salvianic acid content with change of∑EAT,and root dry weight,main root thick with change of∑Ln,finally,the simulative models of Salvia growth,yield and effective ingredients were established.These simulation models have passed the F test and determination coefficient were closed to 1 except total tanshinone content and salvianic acid content.Determination coefficient of simulation model of total tanshinone content were not closed to 1,simulation model of salvianic acid content has not passed the F test.Therefore,other simulation models were reasonable except total tanshinone content and salvianic acid content theoretically.
