Effect Of Melatonin On ROR? And FGF21 Gene Expression In Skin Hair Follicles Of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats

Melatonin is mainly produced by pineal gland,which is a kind of neuroendocrine signal.Melatonin treatment on cashmere goats can induce the growth of cashmere goats and improve the cashmere yield.Based on the transcriptome data of melatonin group and the control group in August,September,December and February obtained by the research group in the early stage,the RORa and FGF21 with significant difference in expression were selected as candidate genes by fluorescence quantitative PCR and western The expression of RORa and FGF21 genes in the skin of Inner Mongolia cashmere goat was analyzed by using the technique of blot.The main results are as follows:1.Twelve Inner Mongolia cashmere goats were randomly divided into two groups,six in each group.One group was implanted with melatonin as the experimental group and the other group as the control group.The expression of ROR? and FGF21 genes was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in other months(P ?0.05),except April and August,in which the expression of ROR? gene in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in November,January and February(P ?0.01).The expression of FGF21 gene in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in November,January and February(P ?0.05),and significantly lower in July(P ?0.05).2.Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of ror a gene(September,December,February).The results showed that the expression of ror a protein in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in February(P ?0.05).Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of FGF21 gene(August,December and February).The results showed that the expression of FGF21 protein in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in August,December and February(P ?0.05).
