Currently,there are few researches on the cultivation quality evaluation of veterinary vocational education teachers in the field of undergraduate veterinaryeducation evaluation in our country.Through the evaluation study,not only objective and valuable judgment is made on the training institutions of veterinary vocational education teachers,but also an important basis is provided for the demand conditions of secondary vocational school's veterinary professional“double-professionally-titled”teachers.For the establishment of the cultivation quality evaluation system of undergraduate veterinary vocational education teachers,firstly,to construct a scientific evaluation indicator system,secondly,to build a reasonable indicator evaluation standard.Based on the theory and method of educational evaluation,this paper defines the main constituent elements of the talent cultivation of undergraduate veterinary vocational education teachers at the present stage of China by using step-by-step comparative research and expert demonstration on related indicator system at home and abroad.Through Delphi Method,it carries out three rounds of expert consultation,then determines indicators at all levels and indicators weight,and structures a cultivation quality evaluation system for Undergraduate Veterinary Medicine Vocational Education Teachers,including eight primary indicators,49 secondary indicators and 82 observation points,according to the domestic and overseas professional ranking,veterinaryprofessional teaching quality national standards and Chinese secondary vocational teachers standards,itestablishes indicator evaluation criteria of the evaluation system,according to the Essential skills checklist-Purdue university veterinary technology,SBS-consultation-vet-nursing,The eligibility criteria of undergraduate program of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities stipulated inThe Basic Standards of Running Schools in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(Trial)"(Issued by Ministry of Education [2004] No.2)and Chinese veterinary industry employment standards,it builds skills assessment projecttable for undergraduate veterinary students and practical training standard for practical training vocational education teachers.In line with the expert selection criteria,it establishes the expert group.Through qualitative analysis of the expert's basic situation and the quantitative analysis of the expert group's authority degree(expert group's authority coefficient is 0.804),the results show that the expert group has a good representativeness and authority.By means of the three rounds of expert consultation,the recovery rate of the questionnaire is 100%,indicating that the experts have a high degree of recognition for this study,8 primary indicators' coordination coefficient is 0.996,secondary indicators,namely,professional school purpose,source conditionsof students,teaching process,teaching resources,the quality of talent cultivation,the status of employment,social reputation,innovation and characteristics,their coordination coefficient respectively are:0.996,0.947,0.923,0.879,0.936,0.998,0.997,0.993,0.998,all the significance testing of above indicators are P<0.05,the results show that the identified indicator system and indicator weight are reasonable,reliable and scientific.The constructed cultivation quality evaluation ofundergraduate veterinary vocational education teachers,The types of evaluation,the concept of evaluation and the content of evaluation are all innovative,the evaluation is professional,innovative,oriented and practicable,which has laid a solid foundation for carrying out the work of cultivation quality evaluation of undergraduate veterinary vocational education teachers.
