Objective: To explore the significance and application value of platelet activation markers in the development of ICP disease.Methods:50 patients with mild ICP diagnosed in the maternity ward of our hospital were selected,15 patients were severe ICP patients, and 50 normal pregnant patients were selected as the control group. The expression levels of platelet activation markers CD62 P and PAC-1 in whole blood were detected by flow cytometry. In addition,30 patients with mild ICP diagnosed in the maternity ward of our hospital were selected,15 patients were severe ICP,and 46 normal pregnant patients were used as the control group. The expression level of platelet activation marker CD63 in whole blood was detected by flow cytometry. Results:The expression of platelet markers CD62 P,PAC-1 and CD63 in the blood circulation of ICP patients was significantly higher than that in the normal pregnancy group(P<0.05).The expression of CD62 P and PAC-1 in patients with severe ICP was significantly higher than that in mild ICP group. The expression of CD63 was not significantly different in patients with mild and severe ICP(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of platelet CD62 P and PAC-1 was positively correlated with total bile acid(P<0.05),and platelet CD63 was not correlated with total bile acid(P>0.05).Conclusion: There is obvious platelet activation in the development of ICP patients.PAC-1,CD62 P and CD63 can reflect the state of platelet activation, and PAC-1 and CD62 P are more suitable as indicators for further judging the severity of the disease, and as a reference indicator for determining the risk of thrombosis,to improve pregnancy outcomes.
