A Retrospective Study On The Treatment Of Perianal Perineal Necrotizing Fasciitis With The Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:By analyzing the cases of Perianal and Perineal Necrotizing Fasciitis diagnosed and treated by the tutor with the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in clinic,it is proposed to improve the clinical cure rate of Perianal and Perineal Necrotizing Fasciitis,reduce the incidence of complications and sequelae,and reduce the morbidity and mortality.To form the clinical operation rules and provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Perianal and Perineal Necrotizing Fasciitis.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,42 cases of Perianal and Perineal Necrotizing Fasciitis diagnosed in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College,Suining Municipal Hospital and Guang'an people's Hospital were collected.According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,they were divided into experimental group and control group,including 24 cases in experimental group and 18 cases in control group.The experimental group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,and the control group was treated with western medicine.The general condition,pathological location,clinical manifestation,application of Chinese medicine,dressing change,wound condition,wound healing time and anal function recovery were recorded respectively.The follow-up of patients within one year after discharge was understood by telephone and outpatient follow-up.Result:42 cases were collected in this study,39 males and 3 females.The average age of 42 patients was 50.38 years old.There were 24 cases in the experimental group and 18 cases in the control group.42 cases were cured.All patients did not recur within one year.After statistical analysis,the two groups had statistical significance in wound healing time and anal function recovery(P<0.05),but no statistical significance in recurrence(P>0.05)Conclusion:By statistical analysis,the experimental group and the control group had significant difference in wound healing time and anal function recovery,but no significant difference in recurrence.The treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis of perineum with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has advantages in promoting wound healing and protecting anal function.In the treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the healing time of wound is shorter than that of Western medicine alone,which can better protect the anal function of patients.
