The Significant Of Serum IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?IL-10 And TNF-? In Breast Cancer And The Evaluation Of Their Clinical Application Value

Objective: To investigate the significant of serum IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?IL-10?TNF-? in breast cancer and the evaluation of their clinical application value.Method: select 62 breast cancer patients who received treatment in the fourth hospital of Hebei medical university as Breast cancer group.They were divided into I+II stage group and III+IV stage group according to clinical stages.Then they were divided into lymph node metastasis group and no lymph node metastasis group.Among all the breast patients,there were 44 of them accepted normative operation,called breast cancer surgery group.Take their sample at the third day before operation and the seventh day after operation,called preoperative sample and postoperative sample.Select 28 breast benign disease patients who received treatment at the same time as control group.Got all the patients' venous blood,then all the samples were detected by multiple microsphere flow immunofluorescence method.Results: 1.The serum IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?TNF-? in breast cancer group was higher than control group,(P<0.05);IL-10 was lower than control group(P<0.05).2.There was a correlation between the serum IL-4?TNF-? and lymph node metastasis.The patients with lymph node metastasis had higher serum IL-4?TNF-?,(P<0.05).There was a correlation between IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?TNF-? and clinical stage,(P<0.05).The patients with severe clinical stage had higher IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?TNF-?,(P<0.05).3.In breast cancer surgery group,the serum IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?TNF-? in postoperative sample is lower than preoperative sample,(P<0.05).IL-10 in postoperative sample is higher than preoperative sample,(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The serum IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?IL-10?TNF-? have a strong relationship with breast cancer,and they can be a diagnostic reference index.2.Following the tumor excision,the serum IL-4?IL-6?IL-8?TNF-? in postoperative sample is reduce,IL-10 in postoperative sample is increase.It means that they can be used as follow-up indictors,which have clinical application value of recurrent patients.
