Relevant Research Betwen RAD50 Gene Polymorphism With Asthma In Guangxi Black-clothses Zhuang Children

Objective : Genotypes and allelic frequencies of rs6871536,rs2244012,rs2897443,rs2706347,rs17166050 and rs4526098 of RAD50 genes were detected in children with asthma and healthy children from Black-clothses Zhuang of Guangxi and compared with different races.To further investigate the association between the polymorphism of RAD50 gene rs6871536 rs2244012 rs2897443 rs2706347 rs17166050 rs4526098 and asthma susceptibility in Black-clothses Zhuang children.Methods:With Sna Pshot SNP method,115 healthy children and 121 asthmatic children were genotyped by RAD50 polymorphisms at rs6871536,rs2244012,rs2897443,rs2706347,rs17166050 and rs4526098.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.The genotypes and allele frequencies of asthma and healthy groups were calculated by counting.Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium law was used to verify population representativeness.Genotypes and allele frequencies of the two groups were compared using?2 test.The above statistical results P<0.05 were considered statistically significant.Results:(1)AA genotype was detected in all the healthy groups,and AA?AG genotypes were detected in the asthma group at rs4526098 of RAD50 gene,but the allele G frequency was less than 0.01 in the asthma group.Three different genotypes were detected at rs6871536,rs2244012,rs2897443,rs2706347 and rs17166050 in both asthma group and healthy group.GG,GT and TT genotypes were detected at rs2897443 and rs2706347,TT,CT and CC genotypes were detected at rs6871536,AA,AG,GG genotypes were detected at rs2244012 and rs17166050.(2)The genotype and allele frequency distribution of RAD50 genesrs6871536,rs2244012,rs2897443,rs2706347,and rs17166050 were racially different.(3)The genotype and allele frequency of RAD50 gene rs6871536,rs2244012,rs2897443,rs2706347,rs17166050 were distributed between asthma group and healthy group,?2 test showed that all P values were greater than 0.05,that is,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion :(1)In Black-clothses Zhuang,RAD50 rs4526098 locus may not have polymorphism,and there is polymorphism in rs6871536,rs2244012,rs2897443,rs2706347 and rs17166050,However,there may be no significant correlation with asthma susceptibility of Black-clothses Zhuang children.(2)The genotype and allele frequency distribution of RAD50 gene rs6871536,rs2244012,rs2897443,rs2706347,rs17166050 in children of Black-clothses Zhuang,showed regional racial differences.
