An Action Research On Cooperative Learning In The Senior High School English Teaching

The research is to explore how to carry out cooperative learning in the senior high school English teaching.In the process of the research I collect related data by the method of observation,questionnaire interview and reflection diary.According to the existing problems in the implementation of cooperative learning,I began to think about and analyzed the problems carefully,including the cause of problems,the measures taken,the implementation of the specific content as well as how to build an efficient happy harmonious class,teacher's position,the role of the teacher specific behavior,experience,the emotional change,the effective evaluation of cooperative learning for teachers and so on.In the process of the research,teachers must respect the student's personality and give the class back to students in order to make more interesting in class,stimulate students' desire for knowledge,play students' subjective initiative and motivate the classroom learning.As an English teacher,if you carry out cooperative learning in the senior high school English teaching,you must grasp the following points.Teachers should set a goal for cooperative learning and create a situation in order to stimulate students' interests.Teachers should form a habit to keep on keeping a reflection diary.Through the reflection optimize teaching methods to improve the teaching.Teachers should cherish the fate of the students.Teachers should be good at communicating with colleagues to create a comfortable atmosphere and build a good learning community.Teachers should make the class full of enthusiasm by reading as well as writing to improve the teachers and students development space and potential space.Teachers should cling to wait to bloom but not get rich quick,deliver true temperament,spread the positive energy and make a teacher to affection to sexual happiness to affection to sex.The task of teachers is to train their consciousness of cooperation In the process of cooperative learning,learn to maximize cooperate with others and realize resource sharing,get the peak experiences learning and harvest the most beautiful and the sweetest fruit.Through the cooperation between teachers andstudents we should make cooperation become normal class learning and the ladder of students' growth.
