In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of international culture,the forms of cultural exchanges between countries have gradually increased,and transnational study has become one of the most important projects.For south Korean students,China's long history of culture,vast land,beautiful scenery and diverse ethnic groups all attract them deeply.China has become a place that many south Korean students long for to study abroad.More and more south Korean students choose to study in China for further study and have close contact with China's knowledge,life and culture.However,China and South Korea,though a fellow Asian countries,have close similarities in cultural aspects,but from the essence and deep culture or there is a difference between the two countries,this no doubt after coming to China to the south Korean students studying life brings difficulties and obstacles,cross cultural adaptation situation increasingly prominent,the influence of south Korean students more obvious.Therefore,this paper takes the cross-cultural adaptation of south Korean students in China as the research object,and conducts a scientific,in-depth and systematic research through questionnaire survey and interview.First of all,this paper made the student survey questionnaire and interview outline,teaching assistant investigation questionnaire mainly from the social and cultural adaptation,Chinese language learning adjustment and adaptation,campus psychological mood to adapt to the four aspects to investigate,with students in the daily life of the most common situation and phenomenon as the problem,objective analysis to the south Korean students cross-cultural adapt to the existing problems and the insufficiency.The interview outline takes the Chinese teaching assistants as the interviewee.In the process of the interview,the functional responsibilities of the teaching assistants are fully understood,and the evaluation,analysis and Suggestions of the teaching assistants on the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students are systematically summarized.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the cross-cultural adaptation of south Korean students in China,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the zero-distance contact with Chinese culture,improving the frequency of Chinese language and characters,scientifically planning the learning content and communication activities,improving the ability of psychological and emotional self-regulation,and improving the help mechanism of the school's cross-cultural adaptation.Through this study,I hope to help south Korean students in China strengthen their cross-cultural adaptation ability,adapt to Chinese study and life and culture faster and better,and truly realize the goal and ideal of studying in China.
