With the acceleration of globalization,the idea of building a community of human destiny in China is spread worldwide.The International Chinese Language Education(ICLE)is carrying the mission of Chinese and Chinese culture,and is increasingly becoming an important way to realize the communication of language and culture and to promote close contact at home and abroad.As an international communication activity,scholars are paying more and more attention to the connection between the ICLE and communication,and the research on their combination has gradually increased.However,most of these studies have not formed systemic studies,and few of the research on the International Chinese Language Education Communicators(ICLEC)are fragmented,and the understanding of the position and function of the ICLEC is insufficient.In view of the current research situation of the ICLEC,this paper has made a systematic study of the ICLEC in the field of communication,and explored its important status and function in the ICLE.It is a preliminary test on the communication analysis of the ICLEC.This study is based on the 5W communication model of Lasswell,the "Gate-keeper" theory,the Pseudo-environment and the Agenda-setting theory,and makes a detailed study on the ICLEC.The main contents are as follows:firstly,based on the analysis of the communication types of the ICLE,this paper defined the ICLEC and also determined the types of the ICLEC,and these were the state government,organization and individual.This paper focused on the national government,the organization represented by Confucius College and the individual represented by the International Chinese teachers,and analyzed the status and characteristics of the ICLEC.Secondly,making a detailed analysis of the gate-keeper behavior of the ICLEC,we explored the process of ICLEC as gate-keeper in the different levels of the ICLE,and analyzed the reasons and standards of its gate-keeping.We also explored the factors that affect the gate-keeping of the ICLEC,and put forward some suggestions to improve the gate-keeping in the ICLEC.Finally,explored the function of the ICLEC in the construction of pseudo-environment of ICLE.,through the case analysis,the author analyzed the influence of the communicators on the Agenda-setting of the ICLE and the construction of the Pseudo-environment,and put forward the strategies to improve the effect of the communication of the ICLE from the view of the communicators.This study makes an overall analysis of the ICLEC from the perspective of communication,and brings some inspiration to explore the important position and function of the ICLEC in ICLE.We hope to make up for the shortcomings of the current research on the ICLEC,and then arouse people's attention to the ICLEC,and provide new material and ideas for the study of the ICLE in the perspective of communication.
