Today,when the market environment is turbulent and the external competition is fierce,One of the most successful strategies of an organization to avoid"shortsightedness" and "inertia" is to encourage employees to question the most fundamental ideas of the enterprise,to urge the company to reassess the risks and make the necessary adjustments.However,the reality is that employee may choose to retain or filter their opinions for a variety of reasons.Silence means communication between superior and subordinate is blocked,rationalization advice is suppressed,negative opinions are blocked and the ability of the organization to detect and correct errors decreases,which ultimately affect the organization's performance.The employee's voice behavior is to propose the citizen behavior which is beneficial to the development of the organization or to improve the present situation of the organization.This kind of behavior is not only influenced by the internal environment of the organization.It is also influenced by the staffs own judgment on the organizational environment or behavioral policy.As a series of labor relations practices,the labor relationship climate is a kind of perception formed by the employees,which is the combination of the internal environment of the organization and the psychological attitude of the employees.In the existing literature on employee voice,more attention is paid to the influence of direct leadership of employees on the behavior of employees.To study the influence of labor relationship climate on employee's voice behavior is helpful for the organization to adjust their own labor practice defects in time and create a more harmonious working atmosphere for employees.Based on the theory of social information processing,this study considers that psychological contract is an important mediation to influence the labor relationship climate to the employee's voice behavior.213 effective questionnaires are collected through the way of issuing paper questionnaire and electronic questionnaire together.By using statistical tools such as SPSS24.0 and AMOS21.0 to analyze and test,the following conclusions are drawn:the win-win climate of labor and management,the positive correlation between employee participation climate and restraining advice,the positive correlation between promotive voice,and the climate of labor conflict and prohibitive advice.The psychological contract partly mediates the influence of labor conflict climate on prohibitive and promotive voice and the influence of employee participation climate on promotive employee voice.
