In recent years,the number and scale of private colleges and universities in China are increasing.With the increasing demand for quality higher education and the transformation of higher education in China,quality improvement and quality development have become the theme of development of private universities in China.Affected by the capital,talent and the goal of school,China's private universities are lacking in teachers and instructors,the teaching level is not high,the teachers' structure is unreasonable,teachers' growth are difficult,staff' compensation is relatively low,employment relation is unstable,All these led directly to the private college' staff have high work pressure,the bad sense of psychological ownership and belonging to organization,especially serious occupation burnout problems.As private colleges' employees,especially teachers,if bear on job stress in long term and serious job burnout,it is bound to affect the quality of education.When work pressure exceeds maximum loading and job burnout can not be alleviated,negative working attitudes and behaviors of individuals will affect work efficiency and quality.In view of this,this paper takes private universities as the research object,takes WF College as a specific case,focuses on the empirical research on the relationship between employee's psychological ownership and job burnout,and at last the paper systematically put forward management solutions.The research contents of this paper mainly include:(1)Work pressure and related issues,including the connotation of work pressure,and the follow-up effect of work pressure;(2)Organizational support and related issues,including the connotation of organizational support and the follow-up impact of organizational support;(3)The ownership of the heart and related issues,including the concept of psychological ownership,sources and production,the psychological ownership of the cause and result variables,the application of psychological ownership in private colleges.(4)The concept definition of job burnout?the cause and negative effect of job burnout;(5)Analysis of relationship between psychological ownership and job burnout.(6)Research conclusions and management suggestions,including reducing work pressure,increasing employee psychological ownership,alleviating job burnout and other countermeasures and suggestions.The research methods mainly include: literature analysis;System analysis;Questionnaire survey and mathematical statistical analysis;Typical interview method.In the course of the study,psychological ownership is the theoretical guidance,and the impact of occupational burnout is explored based on the basic factors such as employee pressure and psychological ownership status and organizational support.At the same time,in the course of the study,the differences of different groups were analyzed,and the correlation between job stress and job burnout was analyzed.According to the questionnaire survey and data analysis of WF,the WF college faculty' work pressure is high,the level of psychological ownership is low,and the occupation burnout is significantly related to job stress.Based on the research of WF college,the paper systematically put forward to solution to improving the school staff' "sense of ownership",and relieving occupation burnout.All these will be good for improving employees' work efficiency and quality,and realizing strategic objectives of the school in this respect of theoretical guidance and application reference value.
