Probe Into The Change Of Sense Of Public And Private From System Of Ownership In The Pre-qin Period

The sense of public and private is an important issue in the social theory history in our country. When scholars research on the sense of public and private in the pre-qin period, they have a major divergence on the origin of it. Most of scholars think that sense of public and private is formed during spring and autumn and the warring states period, but the author consider that it had existed before the States came into being. Because sense of public and private is a problem on system of ownership in the final analysis, we should integrate it with social system of ownership when we research them. Forming and changing of sense of public and private are closely related with system of ownership. The angle of system of ownership is not only conducive to understand origin and variations of sense of public and private properly but also conducive to know distributive power of social resources further that is closely linked with sense of public and private. So, I think sense of public and private originates giving alms during primitive society. When we begin to research this problem, we should delve into system of ownership again, selfless, public interest comes before private, keeping public and drowning private, which not are totally identical as what the successor understand, but a course of symbolic culture in succession. They are all closely linked with system of ownership because they are the problem on redistribution of wealth.This article covers six parts.Part I : The part is preface. It reviews on the research of sense of public and private in the pre-qin period, pointing out the current major problem, it is origin of sense of public and private, explaining my major views and angle of reflection on this problem, leading to probe into primeval communism.Part II: The part discriminate the statement on primeval communism from theory. Share principle, basic economical unit, collective production, if we analyze about three aspects, we can know the version of primeval communism is not scientific and easy to be misunderstand.PartIII: Pointing out the giving alms existed in Chinese pre-history society. Public power stemmed from it. We can get it if we analyze the complex form of system of ownership for example full public ownership, part public ownership, individual familyprivate ownership and individual private ownership in prehistoric society.PartJV: The part analyzes the connection between giving alms and emerging of sense of public and private. The pattern distribution originated the sense of selfless. The meaning of public contains average distribution and collective the mass. The main body of public is collective the mass.Part V: The part analyzes the changing of system of ownership after state came into being and the influence on sense of public and private. Emerging of noble land system of ownership and nationalizing of mountain forest and river pool, which are the factors leading to bring about the cultural sense of public interest comes before private. The sense of public begins to be seized by the rulers who are from giving amis to grab wealth. The opposite sense of public and private emerges in large numbers because subjects of feudal ruler overstep the nobility's authority during spring and autumn and the waning states period. In this course, further generous the sense of public became the collective none of the states, the country and sovereign.
