With the pace of life gradually accelerated in modern society,competitive pressure become much more heavier,the conflict between work and family is increasingly intensifying,especially for Dual-Working Couples,the negative impact of the conflict is more serious.Many studies have shown that work-family conflict has a significant negative predictive effect on marital satisfaction.But there is little research to explore the internal mechanism that work-family conflict affects marital satisfaction.In view of the fact that many researchers have found couple's communication is an important potential factor which affects marital satisfaction,work-family conflict can cause individual negative emotions,The differences of emotion regulations from a individual or a spouse can cause in different communication results.This study introduces couple's communication pattern and the interpersonal emotion regulation to explore the mechanism that how work-family conflict affect marital satisfaction.This study uses the work-family conflict scale,the couple's communication pattern scale,the interpersonal emotion regulation scale and the marital satisfaction scale,and 248 Dual-Working Couples as subjects.It explores the relationship among work-family conflict,couple's communication pattern,interpersonal emotion regulation and marital satisfaction.The results show that:(1)The work-family conflict of Dual-Working couples has a significant negative predictive effect on their own and their spouse's satisfaction;(2)The husband's communication model has a complete Mediation role between his work-family conflict and his own and spouse's marital satisfaction;(3)The wife's communication model has a complete mediation role in her work-family conflict and her own and her spouse's marital satisfaction;(4)husband's intrinsic affect-improving dimension has a moderation role between the working-family conflict and the marital satisfaction,but other dimensions in the interpersonal emotion regulation don't show a significant moderation effect;(5)The mediating role of husband's communication pattern is moderated by his intrinsic affect-improving.
