Objective: Taking 3 college students with social anxiety who are willing to improving themselves to discuss that the promotion of the personalities of university students can be realized by using the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique.Methods: On the condition of small N in experimental research,the application of Multiple-baseline design is appropriate in the experiment.During the experiment we use 16 PF and the indexes of target behaviors to test the students and make progress going well.The results will validate the efficiency of Meta-cognition Intervention Technique on the promotion of the personalities of university students with social anxiety.Results: The differences between the scores of 3 students on 16 PF and the indexes before and after the intervention show that the intervention really goes well on the promotion of the personality of the college students with social anxiety.Conclusion:(1)The results support the conclusions that the psychological consultation do has significant effects on the promotion of the adult's personality.(2)Meta-cognition Intervention Technique really has good effects on the promotion of the personalities of college students with social anxiety.(3)The solution to the question is to find the ingredients of the subconscious minds.So we can change adult personality by changing their unsuitable conditional emotional reflection.This experiment deserves more attention in the future.
