Gansu Province Cultural Industry Cluster Development Research

Cultural industry occupies an increasingly important position in the economic and social development in various countries,and it became a pillar industry in many developed countries.In the fierce international competition,China also realized the importance of strengthening the development of the cultural industry,and formulated various policies to strengthen the cultural industry.Gansu province is the geometric center of China,and one of the important nodes on the "silk road economic belt",which has a profound cultural background and unique cultural resources,with the rapid development of cultural industry in recent years,but the overall strength is still weak.Clustering is a trend of modern industry development,actively cultivating industrial clusters and guiding the development of cultural industry cluster is the inevitable choice to accelerate the development of cultural industry in Gansu province.Based on the analysis of the theory of cultural industry cluster development,this paper analyzes the basic elements of the cluster development culture industry in Gansu province,Including geographical location,culturalbackground,soft and hard environmental foundation of cultural industry development and urbanization coverage in Gansu province.In order to measure the clustering degree of cultural industry in Gansu province,this paper calculated the location entropy coefficient of Gansu culture industry,and compared it with other provinces in China,concluded that the development of cultural industry in Gansu province has the following characteristics :firstly,the cultural industry develops rapidly,but still has a large gap with the developed regions;secondly,the traditional culture industry occupies the dominant position,the emerging cultural industry emerges;thirdly,uneven development of regional cultural industries;the fourth,the cultural industry resource advantage is obvious but develop and breed insufficient;the fifth,the cultural industry park(base)polymerization is not obvious,the cultural talent is short.Using the Potter "diamond" model to establish the index system that affects the development of cultural industry cluster in Gansu province,it is concluded that most influencing factors are positive to the development of cultural industry cluster in Gansu province,but the effect coefficient is small.Finally,according to theconclusion drawn from the previous article,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions on the development of cultural industry cluster from some aspects,including cultural consumption,industrial chain,industrial integration and talent.
