In recent years,there are more and more social impact incidents caused by interpersonal problems in college students,and the research on interpersonal relationship of college students is continuing.Emotional intelligence is a potential factor affecting interpersonal relationships,and many scholars find that emotional intelligence can positively predict interpersonal relationships.However,some researchers found that individual emotional intelligence,interpersonal quality is not necessarily good,this may be because of the role of intermediary factors.Researchers have found that people with high emotional intelligence tend to be positive,optimistic,and develop a positive interpersonal relationship.In this process,the individual use emotional intelligence to guide thinking filtering bad cognition,to achieve the degree of interpersonal harmony,and positive illusions is a cognitive filtering.Therefore,this study explores the possible role of positive illusions in mediating emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships.In this study,we used the emotional intelligence scale,the college students ' positive illusions scale and the comprehensive human relations diagnostic scale as the research tool,and selected 12 classes of Q College students by random stratified sampling,and received 365 valid questionnaires.Through data processing and statistical processing,this study analyzes the characteristics of college students ' emotional intelligence,positive fantasies and interpersonal relationships and the relationship among them,and provides suggestions from three aspects of emotional intelligence,positive illusions and interpersonal relationship.The aim is to form a new way to improve interpersonal relationship,to help college students develop healthily and improve their overall psychological quality.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The dimensions of self-emotion management and others' emotion management were significantly different in grade.There are significant differences in the level of positive illusions in the grade,the ideal dimension is significantly different in the grade,the controllable dimension and the optimism dimension are significantly different in the grade,and the dimensions of communication and personals are significantly different in gender.There are significant differences in the grade between people and friends.(2)There are significant positive correlations among the three variables of college students' emotional intelligence,positive illusions and interpersonal relationship.College students ' emotional intelligence can effectively predict positive fantasies and interpersonal relationships;positive fantasies can effectively predict interpersonal relationships(3)College students' positive illusions have a significant mediating effect between emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships.The mediating effect between emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship in college students ' positive illusions is 39%.
