The sense of alienation refers to the fact that the relationship between the individual and the surrounding is alienated by the normal relationship,so that the individual has a sense of distance. In the course of the period, middle school students develop a period of self-awareness.During the period, both body and mind are in a transitional period. The middle school students will be consciously aware of their own desires. If they feel that their desires are not met,bad feelings will be easy to produce.Due to this feature, the middle school student is the high-incidence population with a higher sense of alienation. If they are exposed for a long time in a negative emotional experience, they will have a wide range of adverse effects on middle school students. At present, most studies on alienation are aimed at junior high school students and college students. There is little research on alienation of senior high school students. There is almost no research on group counseling about alienation of senior high school students.Based on this, this study first investigated 443 high school students and 457 high school students on the status quo of alienation, and based on the survey results on alienation, developed a group support program for high school students with higher levels of alienation.Group psychological counseling reached the following main conclusions:(1)Among the students surveyed, the percentage of those with a higher sense of alienation was 27.3%.The sense of environmental alienation and social alienation is the relatively high scores in the first-order factors;the alienation of living environment and social isolation is the higher scores in the second-order factors.(2)The demographic variables such as grade level, whether they served as class committees, and academic achievement had a significant impact on the multiple dimensions of alienation of senior high school students. The higher the grade was,the stronger the sense of alienation was,and the higher the degree of alienation among classmates who did not serve as the class committee was generally higher. As a member of class committee, the worser the achievement is,the stronger the sense of alienation was;(3)Increasing self-identity and social support in group counseling can significantly reduce the level of alienation among high school students.Students' levels of alienation and their total disassociation scores significantly decreased. This difference illustrates the effectiveness of group counseling interventions.
