From The Ethical Perspective Of Privacy Invasion In News Transmission

With the development of our country socialist market economy,driven by factors such as interest,privacy infringement repeatedly,various cases constant exposure,among them,quite a number of cases had a lot to do with the news spread.The right to privacy is an important human right.In recent years,the issue of personal privacy protection has received more and more attention.This is certainly a test for the news media.In the process of news communication,how should news media balance and choose when there are some seemingly irreconcilable conflicts between individual rights and public rights? What values should be followed within the industry?Based on the attention to the realistic problems and thinking,this article from the perspective of ethics,privacy infringement problems in the news dissemination study,analysis of news transmission privacy infringement of the main problems and their causes,and put forward practical and feasible ethical principles and countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly expounds the news ethics and its development status.This part mainly starts from the concept of news,sorts out the development of the news ethics,and analyzes the main problem of privacy invasion in news communication.The second part discuss the effects of privacy infringement issues in the news spread,pointing to two conflicts,privacy and the public’s right to know of the conflict,the conflict of interest and value,and discuss the influence of journalism and communication in the process of privacy infringement.Privacy violations in the third part is on the news spread the question reason analysis,mainly from value orientation,professional concept and value rationality,supervision and management of the four aspects to find the reason.In the fourth part,the author puts forward two ethical principles: the principle of "good" and the principle of humanitarianism.At the same time,from the system practice,four feasible measures are put forward: 1.Establish the right value orientation.2.Raise the level of civic morality;3.Standardize the internal management of the industry;4.Optimize the social moral environment.
