Taste words are an important part of the lexical system.The differences between different cultures and ways of thinking of different nationalities make metaphorical meanings different.Food and taste are inseparable.Second language learners are prone to errors during the acquisition of Chinese taste words.so it is necessary to study the metaphorical meaning of Chinese taste words and the errors of acquisition.This paper first introduces the original meaning of Chinese taste words,analyzes the metaphorical meanings of Chinese taste words,and compares them with the metaphorical meanings of taste words in English.Generally speaking,metaphorical meaning of Chinese taste words is richer than English taste words.This paper compares Chinese synonyms with morpheme "bitter",and concludes their metaphorical meaning,part of speech and usage.The collection of HSK dynamic composition corpus and the corpus of Jinan University interlanguage corpus in Jinan University are classified and classified,and the types of misuse,misuse and wrong order are summed up.The reasons for its errors are mainly the negative transfer of mother tongue,generalization of target language rules and complexity of Chinese.According to the types of errors and reasons for errors,it provides teaching suggestions for Chinese language teaching of taste words.The main suggestions for teachers are to use contrast,explain cultural significance,pay attention to induction and practice.The suggestion for students is to understand Chinese culture and autonomous learning.
