With the upsurge of learning Chinese is in expansion.As a necessary textbook for learning Chinese,it is also gradually developing.The illustration as an integral part of the teaching materials plays an important role in helping students construct visual representations and assist students in learning.However,many textbooks currently have major problems with illustrations.In order to maximize the use of illustrations of teaching materials,we think that it is necessary to study the illustrations in depth.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is theoretical preparation,which is the first chapter "introduction".This section explores the related concepts of illustrations,research overviews of illustrations in textbook at home and abroad,and the research objects,meanings,and research methods.The second part is the collection and analysis of data.This part has been separated into the second chapter and the third chapter.The second chapter is mainly the statistics and analysis of the number and type of illustrations in Integrated Chinese and Experiencing Chinese.The third chapter is mainly a comparison of the illustrations of Integrated Chinese and Experiencing Chinese.In the second chapter,the author mainly uses data classification,collection,tabulation,comparison to analyze the number and type of the two sets of textbooks.In the third chapter,the author mainly compares and analyzes the two sets of textbooks,including the number of illustrations which reflecting cultural factors,the relevance of the theme of text and the illustration,and the exercise with illustrations and explain the commonalities and differences between the two sets of teaching materials.The third part is the survey and analysis of questionnaire,that is,the investigation and analysis of the elementary Chinese comprehensive teaching materials based on the"Integrated Chinese" and "Experiencing Chinese".Explain the purpose of the survey,the object of the survey,the questionnaire design and analyze results of the survey.The fourth part is about the recommendation and application strategy of illustrations,which is the fifth chapter of this article.The author presents suggestions for Illustration configuration when compiling teaching materials and strategies for applying Illustrations when teaching.The fifth part is the conclusion,which is the sixth chapter "conclusion" of this article.This chapter reviews and summarizes the full text and points out its shortcomings.
