Germany has a long history of immigration, especially after the end of the Second World War.With the rise of Germany's economy, its demand for a large number of labor forces has made Federal Germany an important immigration destination. After the reunification of Germany and Germany, the Federal Republic of Germany has become an immigrant country. In this process of immigration,a lot of foreign minorities have formed. How to promote their integration into German society through education has become a difficult problem to be solved. This article explores issues related to education issues and countermeasures for the most numerous and influential Turkish ethnic groups in the minority ethnic groups in Germany. The first chapter discusses the formation process of the education problem of Turkish ethnic groups in post-unification in Germany. The integration of the Turkish ethnic group in Germany in Germany is worrying, forming a Turkish community that can be called the "nation of the country." This has greatly hindered the solution of their education problems. The German authorities did not give sufficient support to the Turkish community.Instead, they have many discriminatory policies in terms of legislation, education, and religion. This chapter also reviews the educational policies and deficiencies of Turkish groups in the former German primary and secondary schools. The second chapter analyzes the performance of the education of ethnic groups in Turkey after the unification. In addition to the poor academic performance and lower-track secondary school from the low level of German and poor enthusiasm for learning, the educational problems of the Turkish population are also manifested in the defects of the educational system in Germany, educational segregation, education discrimination and the lack of religion education, these are the social problems that the German government urgently needs to solve. The third chapter briefly outlines the education policies adopted by Germany after its reunification to solve the education problems of the Turkish ethnic group. The Pisa test that began in 2000 to conduct a comprehensive assessment of students' ability was a turning point. The lower rankings of German students in subsequent tests led the government to become aware of minority education issues and began to learn from language learning, school education, religious education and other policies to solve the problem. In the end, this article summarizes and evaluates the education policy of minority groups in the German primary and secondary schools.
