Attachment comes with the development of a person's life.Different types of attachment determine the individual's different information processing methods and behavioral response mechanisms.Compared with secure attachment adolescents, insecure attachment adolescents are mostly have negative personal experiences in interpersonal relationships, social roles playing and emotional experience. It is not only bad for personal development, but also harmful to others and society. Therefore,it is very important to reduce the level of insecure attachment and change the insecure attachment to secure attachment. In this paper,an unsafe attachment person is selected as a subject through an adult attachment interview questionnaire, and psychological counseling is used to intervene. The consultant mainly adopts the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy(REBT),combined with humanism and ACT therapy. After the intervention, the subject was interviewed and measured, and to observe whether the psychological counseling of REBT is effective in changing the type of individual attachment. The measurement tools in this article were:Adult Attachment Interview(AAI),Outcome Questionnaire(OQ-45.2)and Inventory of Interpersonal Problems(IIP-32).The results of the study are as follows:1)The change of the interview result is:more positive to the negative parenting behavior of parents;the level of defense is reduced;the level of contradictory and anxious attachment decreases, and it begins to have some security features.2)Symptom remission is mainly manifested as:subjective disturbances are reduced;interpersonal relationships are relieved;but it's not obvious in social performance.3)The main manifestations of interpersonal problems:revenge and self-centered,indifference and distance, social inhibition and self-sacrifice,the scores of four factors decreased significantly;self-assessment scores showed a slight downward trend;no significant difference in the number of dominating and controlling, excessively submitting, and excess demand self-rating.The total score shows a clear downward trend. Conclusion:REBT has a positive effect on the intervention of insecure attachment.
