With the rapid development of economic and society, people are under pressure from all sides. Burnout, as a result of long-term effect of the pressure, not only causes a lot of physical and mental problems, but also brings many adverse effects. Therefore, job burnout has received the attention of many scholars in recent years. In addition, with the advent of "working parents", work-family conflict which is a form of job stress becomes the major stress source of the staff of life.On the basis of previous literature, this study used "Work-Family Conflict Scale, the Maslach Burnout Inventory, the Organizational Commitment Scale" and "Emotional Intelligence Scale Questionnaire" to investigate400employees from eight companies in Xi'an, excluding26invalid questionnaires, this study received348valid questionnaires. In addition,this study employs SPSS statistical analysis, such as describe statistics, independent sample t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis. In this study, we researched relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout, also investigated mediation of organizational commitment and moderation of emotional intelligence between work-family conflict and job burnout.The main conclusions of this study have a few points:(1) Work-Family Conflict of employees is in the upper middle level. Work-Family Conflict and the various dimensions of Work-Family Conflict show differences in the term of gender, age, education level, marital status, with or without children, and work experience.(2) Job burnout of employees is in the lower middle level. Emotional exhaustion of employees is at the highest degree. Job burnout and the various dimensions of job burnout show differences in the term of gender, age, education level, marital status, with or without children, and work experience.(3) Employees work-family conflict and job burnout and the various dimensions of job burnout are related; there is the significant positive correlation between workâ†'family conflict and job burnout and its dimensions, de-personality and personal accomplishment reducing; there is the significant positive correlation between familyâ†'work conflict and job burnout and its various dimensions. The regression analysis showed that, workâ†'family conflict and familyâ†'work conflict on job burnout both have significant predictive effect.(4) There is significant negative correlation between employees'work-family conflict and organizational commitment and various dimensions of organizational commitment; There is significant negative correlation between organizational commitment and job burnout. Specifically, organizational commitment and job burnout and its dimesions, de-personality and sense of personal achievement reducing are significantly negative correlated; affective commitment dimension of job burnout and its various dimensions have a significant negative correlation; dimension of continuing commitment and job burnout and its personal accomplishment reducing the dimension have significant negative correlation; normative commitment dimensions and job burnout and its dimensions, de-personalized, and personal accomplishment reducing, have significant negative correlation. Multi-layer regression analysis showed that organizational commitment partially mediated workâ†'family conflict and job burnout; organizational commitment partially mediated the familyâ†'work conflict and job burnout.(5) Employees'the work-family conflict and emotional intelligence has a significant positive correlation. Among them, workâ†'family conflict and emotional intelligence have a significant positive correlation. Second, emotional intelligence and job burnout have a significant negative correlation. Specifically, emotional intelligence and the dimensions of job burnout, de-personality, personal accomplishment reducing, have significant negative correlation. Multi-layer regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence does not have the mediation effect bewteen the workâ†'family conflict and job burnout; emotional intelligence does not have the mediation effect bewteen the familyâ†'work conflict and job burnout.
