Along with the development of medical reform,the health care system has also gradually changed.Health services have become increasingly mature.The scope of medical social work has also gradually expanded and related fields have also grown.In this paper,20 patients who meet the research conditions were screened out by department of Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI),and they were interviewed by semi-structured interview for 8 times In four months,focus group interventions are divided into three phases:the establishment of emotional and photographic needs at diagnosis-the abyss of self-inflicted diseases,the fear and choice and confusion of chemotherapy,acceptance and adaptation.This article investigates the anxiety situation of indoor cancer patients in the department,summarizes the causes and manifestations of anxiety in cancer patients,and studies how medical social workers apply professional working methods to treatment.Validation focuses on the intervention of group counseling to improve the anxiety of patients After the internship,I hope that I can sum up the intervention experience,and identify the inadequacies in the internship process,propose changes,and explore the modes and approaches for multidisciplinary team therapy.The results show that the focus of intervention groups can provide cancer patients anxiety expression platform and related disease care information to reduce the patient's fear of chemotherapy and anxiety,reduce uncertainty and promote patients to adapt to the disease.
