A Study On The History Of Anhua Dark Tea Industry From Ming Dynasty To The Republic Of China

Anhua County of Hunan Province is one of the birthplaces of black tea culture in China.Anhua dark tea plays an important role in the history of Chinese tea culture.Although the development of the Anhua dark tea Industry was affected by many factors such as political decision-making in different historical periods throughout the history of tea culture in China,Anhua black tea has exerted a profound influence on the local and northwest frontier areas.This paper systematically analyzes the tea industry history of Anhua dark tea in various historical periods by using the methods of literature analysis,comparative research.That is,it tries to find out the differences in the objects and ways of the trade activities of black tea in the Ming dynasty,Qing dynasty and the republic of China as well as the influence of the government on the tea industry policy,etc.By analyzing the political,economic,cultural and historical and social influences of Anhua dark tea tea industry on the Anhua region and the northwest region,the paper aims to find out the relationship between the development and change of the tea industry of Anhua dark tea in different historical periods.Through the systematic research on the tea industry of Anhua dark tea and the tea politics in various periods,the following conclusions can be drawn.firstly,the tea industry policy of various periods of the country has a great influence on the rise and fall of the tea trade of Anhua dark tea industry.It is true that tea merchants play a major role in the trade activities of Anhua dark tea.However,due to the different modes of transportation and paths of Anhua dark tea in different historical periods,the rise and fall of Anhua dark tea have also influenced the political,economic,social and cultural aspects of Anhua county and the surrounding areas.In cetain historical periods,Anhua dark tea has also played an important role in cultural exchange.
