As the second largest economy and the largest trader in the world,China has achieved unprecedented economic and social development in a relatively short period of time.China's success has attracted worldwide attention.Many countries,developing ones in particular,are in the process of pursuing economic and social progress.They are keen to learn from China.Meanwhile China is willing and ready to share her successful experience and practices with them.After the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Chinese President put forward the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind and the Belt and Road Initiative.Under the guidance of such spirit,more and more Chinese institutions begin to provide training courses and seminars for government officials from other developing countries.This interpretation report is based on an interpreting task of a lecture delivered on a seminar titled Trade and Investment Facilitation for Bangladesh.This seminar is organized by China-European Vocational Training Center?CEVTC?,jointly established by the Ministry of Commerce and Wuhan Textile University.In the lecture of China's Successful Experience in Utilizing Foreign capitals and its Enlightenment to Bangladesh,the speaker gave an overall introduction to the influence of utilizing foreign capitals on the development of China's manufacturing industry and detailed China's successful practices,experience and lessons in utilizing foreign capitals in five aspects.The interpretation report consists of four parts.The first part is an overall introduction to the interpretation task,including the background and features of the task.The second part is a description of the entire interpreting process,from pre-interpretation preparations to post-interpretation evaluation.The third part is a theoretical analysis of the interpretation task.In this part,the author discusses the difficulties he encountered in the process of interpreting and puts forward solutions by applying Interpretive Theory.The fourth part of the report is a summary and implications.
