Suzuki method of actor training referred to as “Suzuki method” is a kind of theatrical actor training method created by Japanese dramatist Tadasi Suzuki in the 1970 s.Suzuki has always insisted that his training method is “cross-nation” and his method has clearly absorbed a large number of Japanese ethnic elements in the process of its establishment.That has made his method has obvious national characteristics.As the Suzuki method of contemporary national performance training method and is it as if Tadashi Suzuki goes beyond the nation to the world? What if he achieved it? This thesis will analyze the specific practice of Suzuki's dramatic ideas and Suzuki method and step by step discover Suzuki method that from the nation to the world and explore its implications for the development of contemporary national performances in China.First of all,in the introduction,author gives an overall understanding of Suzuki method by describing his contact with the Suzuki method and the establishment process of the method.On this basis,the topic of this thesis is unearthed--How does the Suzuki method go from the nation to the world? and the research background of the Suzuki method will be combed.In the first chapter,author starts with the national culture foundation of Suzuki method and focuses on exploring what kind of core the Suzuki method surrounds and absorbs the cultural elements of the nation.Suzuki method is able to move from the nation to the world the reason why is when it established its own national culture foundation,it has already discovered the elements that contain the world,and this element is the “body”.In the second chapter,author undertakes “body” elements of the previous chapter and explores the connotation of Suzuki method,and explores its cross-cultural characteristics.From the nation to the world,it means that the method have to have the characteristics of crossing the national culture,that is cross-cultural.“body” is the core of this method,which is extracted from the national culture.In the third chapter,author put the logic cues “nation-body-world”derived from the previous two chapters into the concrete training practice of Suzuki method in order to analyze and explore how does Suzuki method follow the above logic and how to realize the international trend in training practice.Meanwhile,the effect of the training of the actors in various countries will be analyzed in order to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the method.In the fourth chapter,The training effect of Suzuki method must ultimately be tested in the stage practice.This chapter examines the Suzuki method with a strong national color from the stage practice of Suzuki method.Whether it successfully go to the world and how it went to the world and what is the comment of national audiences?In the final part of this thesis,author summarizes enlightenment for Chinese performing arts on the basis of summarizing how the Suzuki method moves from the nation to the world in order to contribute to the development of contemporary national performing arts in China.
