With China's global impact increasingly improving,the foreign trade industry has been a vital driving force for its economic growth,while as a bridge of communication,business interpreting has played an indispensable role in this field.This is a business interpreting practice report based on the interpreting for Guangzhou Kai Rui Wood Industry Co.,Ltd.and Nigerian client.This report endeavors to provide reference and beneficial complement in business interpreting related to wood door industry.The difficulties,strategies and importance of cross-cultural communication in the business interpreting are mainly discussed as three key points.Figure interpreting,technical terms,business knowledge and tone and diction are concluded as the main difficulties in completing the interpretation task and the solutions to the difficulties are the key to the quality of interpreting,which has played a vital role in business interpreting for interpreters.Good command of several basic interpreting strategies are also analyzed as the second key point such as explanation,repetition and generalization because the mastery of these strategies will help the interpreter to handle the interpreting in a calm and confident manner.At last,the sense of cross-cultural communication is one of the key factors to facilitate transactions.The study has been made by means of examples and illustration to analyze the three key points.
