value,ornamental value and social value.Sports dance formally introduced our country since 1986,it with unique charms are popular with people,all kinds of training organization,training course arises at the historic moment,and as a sports dance of Latin dance is concerned,Latin dance training is in the form of a tornado swept across China,makes the sharp increase of population in our country's Latin dance,Latin dance coach has said.In order to adapt to the update of the Latin dance teaching concept and the change of market demand,Latin dance coaches need to be trained continuously.At present,there are three main channels for training coaches in Latin dance in China: first,the training organized by China dancesport association(CDSF),which is under the jurisdiction of the state sports administration.The second is the training organized by the China international standard dance association(CBDF),which is under the jurisdiction of the Chinese literary and art department.Thirdly,it is organized by various Latin dance training institutions.These three channels exist together,infiltrate each other,and promote the development of sports dance in China.This paper through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,the current situation of the Latin dance instructor training of our country,aimed at understanding the Latin dance instructor training market development present situation,find out the influence factors and put forward countermeasures,promote the healthy development of the Latin dance instructor training,choose for the Latin dance instructor training provide certain theoretical basis.Through investigation and research,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The training and development atmosphere of Chinese Latin dance coaches is good.There are three main training channels;The training population keeps increasing,the total frequency of training increases year by year,and the training market has a broad prospect.2.The local sports bureau,the provincial education department at all levels actively cooperate with the Chinese dancesport federation(CDSF)and China international standard dance Latin dance instructor training activities at all levels(CBDF)organization,sports,the arts professional colleges and universities is a member of the Latin dance instructor training units and important base;Social training institutions is mixed and disorderly,important for non-profit purposes,and students to participate in training CDSF and CBDF,its main purpose is to obtain corresponding grade level of coaches and referees qualification certificate.3.Female students are much larger than men;Mostly young(26-30)coaches;Dance age and teaching age vary;Overall lower educational level;The level of sports technology is at the intermediate and advanced level;Most are junior teacher qualifications;There are fewer students and lower levels of refereeing.4.The trainer is slightly higher than the female;Many(36 to 45 years old)middle-aged and young trainers;Less than half of the junior college or junior college degree;The dancing age is higher and the teaching age is decreasing.Most of the technical level reached the highest level;At the international level,half of the teachers are at the international level.5.The training organizer is complex,and the age group is 30 to 40 years old;Most of the non-professionals who belong to the organization training;Few organizers have technical grade,teacher or referee(review)qualification level;Organizers of all three channels lack professional competence as a whole.6.The fees for training vary.Each of the two major associations has their own uniform charging standards,which are different in the promotion level and different in cost.Fees for training in social institutions are more disorganized.7.The training time is suitable.The time of the training of the social institution is mostly the leisure time outside the teaching time of the students,while the association is mostly free time outside the teaching time and national legal holidays.8.The teaching content of training is insufficient to meet the needs of students.The two major associations have unified teaching materials and teaching contents,which are convenient for the promotion and assessment,but can not meet the students' other needs.Social institutions can only meet students' short-term skills needs and teaching needs.9.The completion of the training of the two major associations is based on the qualification certificates of teachers and judges(judges)who are qualified to qualify for qualification according to the training and assessment.Society generally is a certificate of completion.10.CDSF and CBDF have specific publicity methods;Social training institutions use the marketing model to adopt
