Enclave,as a kind of unjust border,existed early in the Warring States period,but there was not much research on it.The northeast of Chongqing,which is located at the junction of the four provinces of Chongqing,Hubei and Shanxi,also had a large number of enclaves in the period of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,and the existence of these enclaves had a great influence on the local society and administration at that time.During the period of the Republic of China,the Sichuan provincial government's influence on the enclave not only affected the time,but also brought many experiences and Inspirations to the administrative division nowadays.Besides,the nature of the enclave flying away from home and the local jurisdiction also provides a way for people to balance resources and alleviate regional land conflicts.This article is divided into three chapters and five parts.The first part is the introduction of this article.It mainly expounds the origin and significance of the topic,the review of the academic history,the content and methods of the research.The content of this study mainly discusses the temporal and spatial scope,the basic connotation of the enclave and the main contents of the study.The second part is the basic situation and characteristics of the first chapter of this article in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of Chongqing in the northeast of Chongqing,mainly from the local chronicles,historical maps and archives and other related literature to identify the enclaves,to study the basic situation of the evolution,the approximate position,the size of the territory,and to sum up the Northeast Chongqing.The main features of the area enclaves.Before the late Qing Dynasty,there had been a enclave in the northeast of stability,people's life and government management three angles to discuss the impact of the enclave.The factors of enclave production in Northeast Chongqing are varied,some are caused by single factors,and some are contributed by many factors.Although the enclave in the northeast of Chongqing was produced before the Republic of China,its drawbacks were most obvious in the Republic of
