College students' psychological problem is increasingly serious,some scholars found that physical exercise can be as a kind of intervention,effect on college students' psychological problems have very good debugging body self-esteem as the important indicators of mental health,can effectively reflect the psychological problems of college students the impact of different exercise effect different sports dance is the comparison of the present movement of vogue and health,colleges and universities were introduced,get the favour of female college students in colleges and universities,the rapid development of colleges and universities Taking sports dance as the research background,this paper discusses the influence of sports dance on female college students' physical self-esteem,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions for promoting their physical and mental health.Research purposes: based on the capital normal university sophomore girls in 16 weeks of sports dance teaching,and the experimental group and control group before the experiment of physical self-esteem after each dimension data from horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,analysis of female college students in common colleges and universities sports dance physical self-esteem influence mechanism research object: select non-professional sports sophomore female students of capital normal university as the experimental group and the control group,experimental group of 25 people,the control group of 25 people research methods: using the literature data method,questionnaire survey method Teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method will measure the body self-esteem data for comparative analysisResearch conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of physical exercise dancing,the experimental group had significant differences in all dimensions of body self-esteem compared with the control group,indicating that physical exercise dancing exercise has a positive effect on improving the body self-esteem of female college students.(2)Through the practice of sports dance for 16 weeks,the experimental group than in the middle of the experiment of physical self-esteem only physical self-worth,physical attraction and physical quality of the three dimensions has a significant difference,the experimental group than in the early stage of the experiment in every dimension of physical self-esteem have significant differences,practice shows that sports dance,the longer the greater the positive impact of physical self-esteem.
