Justice is social fairness and justice. It is the social value of socialist core values. It is based on the liberation of human beings and the acquisition of human rights and equal rights. It is the fundamental value of the state and society. In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the issue of justice must be properly resolved, and the premise of solving this problem is to first clarify the founder of Marxism as the fundamental guiding ideology of our party-building,that is,the justice of Karl Marx The content of thought and its purpose.Engels gave a high-level overview of his life's achievements in front of Marx's tombstone.Engels believes that Marx had two discoveries in his life. One is that, just as Darwin discovered the law of development in the organic world,Marx discovered the law of the development of human history, that is,"historical materialism." The other discovered the modern capitalist mode of production and the special movement law of the bourgeois society it produced, namely the discovery of the theory of surplus value.Marx is a revolutionary. The real mission of his life is to participate in the cause of overthrowing the capitalist society and the state facilities it has established in one way or another. When studying Marx's point of view to answer the issue of justice,it mainly focuses on this "two major discoveries." The historical materialism science explains the reasons for the change of social form and predicts the future social form. The theory of "surplus value" is the use of historical materialistic analysis to respond to historical materialism in practice, and also historical materialism. The inevitable foothold of doctrine. Both eloquently prove that capitalism is bound to be eliminated. The means of elimination is to use revolutionary means to eliminate private ownership and achieve communism, thus realizing the liberation of man and the return of human nature.
