Research On Lv Liuliang's Study Of Du Fu's Poetry

Lv Liuliang was born in the late period of Ming Dynasty in the western part of Zhejiang.He witnessed the the downfall of Ming Dynasty.And he regarded Du Fu as a confidant.In his opinion,people who want to learn to write poems should study from Du Fu.In fact,he learned the method of writing poems from Du Fu himself and taught the method to junior.Lv Liuliang compiled Song Poems with his friends Wu Zhizhen and Wu Zimu.The book greatly promoted the trend of advocating Song poems in the early Qing Dynasty.As a result,researchers regarded Lv Liuliang as a representative of those who advocated Song poetry.Lv Liuliang is a famous philosopher in Zhejiang,his annotation is significant for researchers to learn about his ideas of Du Fu's poetry and also the acceptance of Du Fu's poetry in late period of Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty.The annotation is also a reference for researchers to study the debate between the Tang and Song poetry in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.However,implicated by the case of Zeng Jing,Lv Liuliang's book was forbidden by the emperor.So his annotation of Du Fu's poteiy is extremely rare.The related research has not been carried out for a long time.Until 2015,Zhonghua Book Company published the Completed Works of Lu Liuliang edited by Yu Guolin.The Annotation of Tiangailou Du Fu's Poetry is collected in the supplementary volume 7 in the second volume of the completed work.Rely on the publication of the annotation,readers could have a look at Lv Liuliang's study of Du Fu's poetry.This paper took The Annotation of Tiangailou Du Fu's Poetry as a center,and tried to explore Lv Liuliang's idea of Du Fu's poetry.The paper made a preliminary investigation on the overall situation of Lv Liuliang's idea of Du Fu's poetry.Based on the annotation of Lv Liuliang,the paper combined Lv Liuliang's Collected Works and Song Poetry to sum up Lv Liuliang's idea of Du Fu's poetry.The introduction part summarized the annotation of Du Fu's poetry in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,with the purpose of presenting the historical and cultural background of The Annotation of Tiangailou Du Fu's Poetry.The first chapter made a brief introduction about The Annotation of Tiangailou Du Fu's Poetry,and discussed three debates on interpertation of Du Fu's poetry,and analyzed Lv Liuliang's views.In addition,Yu Guolin's The Annotation of Tiangailou Du Fu's Poetry still has a small number of written mistakes and punctuation mistakes.This paper corrected them and made a reference for editors and readers.The second chapter analyzed the contents of the annotation from three aspects:thought content of the poetry,special features of the poetry and style of the poetry.To be more specific,the third chapter analyzed the intention of the annotation.Lv Liuliang has a reflection on the title of "Poetry History",and criticizing Du Fu's thoughts and art of partial poetry,and respecting Tang poetry while suppressing Song poetry,and also weighing art features and neglecting thoughts of the poetry.
